“I arrived with an outdated Samsung Galaxy S10, no service, and in need of a change of provider. Mobile Expert, Ernesto, was there to help me.
I explained that it was imperative that I keep my current device, as I have 640 GB of data to lose, which meant that I would need to remain brand loyal, and my device was from T-Mobile anyway. Additionally, I needed to keep my current phone number.
Luckily, my S10 is unlocked and could utilize any SIM card; however, obtaining the Porting Authorization Code to transfer my number would present a challenge. My (previous) carrier, Access Wireless, has nearly nonexistent customer service, their app comes complete with bugs, and they impose limits upon customers when purchasing Talk/Text & Data.
With Ernesto's help, we were finally able to actually speak with a human representative, and obtain the code necessary to transfer my number over to a T-Mobile SIM card. We were also able to transfer my Contacts list as well.
I purchased a much needed unlimited plan. I manage 2 YouTube channels, download content regularly, and play video games online. Needless to say, I require a significant amount of data fory needs.
All is well again, and I have Ernesto to thank! ? Moving forward, I have high hopes, and can finally leave my old carrier in the past. I should have made the switch long ago.”
“I had Aileena and Lexx help me out, they were absolutely amazing, they were very quick to attend us and didn’t waste any time waiting. They were very friendly and made me and my sisters feel like we were at home. I came in to get some phones for my sisters because my dad changed his plan, and Lexx helped us by figuring out if I added my little sister on my plan I could get her a free iPhone 14 with my plan instead of the A15 my dads plan would’ve fave her. “I visited the store to get a new phone for my daughter, activate my son's phone, and seek help transferring phones for myself. The process took some time, which I understood given the amount of information on my phone. The young woman who assisted me was friendly and patient, making sure I didn’t feel pressured to choose a certain phone. She also helped me with my WiFi questions and was very transparent about my bill, which I truly appreciated—it's rare to find that level of honesty elsewhere. Overall, I felt cared for, and I will definitely return to this location if I need further assistance with my phones.”

“I recently went to this branch to replace my old phone. If you want great customer service, I highly recommend Christina L. She was a great listener, answered all my questions and offered me the options I needed to base my decision on. Talk about a multi-tasker, while I was gathering the information needed for our transaction, she checked the progress on a previous customer that she was still helping. She even gave me awesome tips to maximize the life of my phone and what to avoid to harm it. All in all, Christina L. is knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and friendly.
