“Came to pick up my new phone because of issues I had with a phone I originally purchased. This store would have received 5 Stars because of my interaction with Riyu (he was working only for the day to help out and works at the Maryland store.) I originally came to pick up my new phone. The guy who originally helped me asked if it was a new phone and I said yes. At the end, there was confusion as to what was happening. Apparently, I was not getting a new phone even though I was there to pick up a new phone that was mailed there for me to pick up. I was getting an insurance phone that is still under warranty. ? Okay, how was I supposed to know the verbiage they use. Like I told the guy, I was there to pick up a new phone because the phone I bought was acting up and I was getting dropped calls and my phone started to flicker. At the end, we figured it out and he said my phone was there. I was told that I could not take the new phone and do the transfer on my own like I did when I purchased my phone weeks prior. Fast forward, I returned the next day when I had more time and Riyu helped me. Riyu was awesome. He spoke to me clearly on what was going to happen and we did small talk too. He made my exchange smooth. Overall, I'd return to any TMobile store wherever Riyu is working and would recommend asking for him. Everyone is always looking for a phone service so that sells for itself but having a good sales associate is the cherry on top. Thanks Riyu!”

She was attentive to our requests, very knowledgeable and super friendly. I wanted to let her manager know on the spot that she was the greatest. I went in to trade in my phone, return my internet modem, since I have not used it in over and year. She was able to evaluate my bill and find me savings and let me know what I can do for future savings. 10 out of 10 for Melissa she saved the day”

“We switched from Cox (who kept charging us randomly & increasing their rates) to Century Link almost 10 years ago & have been very happy. Our wifi is stable for our computer use and streaming apps. The representatives are helpful on the phone, and our service tech, Jeffrey, was fantastic! He crawled up and down the phone line on a hot Friday afternoon to finish the job. We appreciate his professionalism and our updated service. Plus, I like how they have a flat rate that doesn't surprise us every month. Definitely recommend Century Link. ????”
