She was attentive to our requests, very knowledgeable and super friendly. I wanted to let her manager know on the spot that she was the greatest. “We switched from Cox (who kept charging us randomly & increasing their rates) to Century Link almost 10 years ago & have been very happy. Our wifi is stable for our computer use and streaming apps. The representatives are helpful on the phone, and our service tech, Jeffrey, was fantastic! He crawled up and down the phone line on a hot Friday afternoon to finish the job. We appreciate his professionalism and our updated service. Plus, I like how they have a flat rate that doesn't surprise us every month. Definitely recommend Century Link. ????”

“I arrived with an outdated Samsung Galaxy S10, no service, and in need of a change of provider. Mobile Expert, Ernesto, was there to help me.
I explained that it was imperative that I keep my current device, as I have 640 GB of data to lose, which meant that I would need to remain brand loyal, and my device was from T-Mobile anyway. Additionally, I needed to keep my current phone number.
Luckily, my S10 is unlocked and could utilize any SIM card; however, obtaining the Porting Authorization Code to transfer my number would present a challenge. My (previous) carrier, Access Wireless, has nearly nonexistent customer service, their app comes complete with bugs, and they impose limits upon customers when purchasing Talk/Text & Data.
With Ernesto's help, we were finally able to actually speak with a human representative, and obtain the code necessary to transfer my number over to a T-Mobile SIM card. We were also able to transfer my Contacts list as well.
I purchased a much needed unlimited plan. I manage 2 YouTube channels, download content regularly, and play video games online. Needless to say, I require a significant amount of data fory needs.
All is well again, and I have Ernesto to thank! ? Moving forward, I have high hopes, and can finally leave my old carrier in the past. I should have made the switch long ago.”
