I had an excellent experience. I was greeted upon entering waited maybe 15 min. They took my equipment for return, processed my service discontinuation and I was able to leave. I have already received email confirmation my equipment was returned. No complaints

Prompt and courteous customer service ,just had to return my equipment ,but the employee that helped me today was Carlos and he helped out right away ,I was only there for 5 mins ,thank you Carlos.
