If I could give zero stars I would. These people have the worst customer service. They are incompetent and don't even understand their products. Their sales people are predatory and signed my mom (81 yrs old) up for hundreds of dollars worth of services she didnt' need (redundant services) and sold her a phone and signed her up for a phone plan that was terrible for her. They wouldn't take the phone back and basically forced us into a contract unless we purchased their phone outright. I hate this company and everyone that works for them.

I had an excellent experience. I was greeted upon entering waited maybe 15 min. They took my equipment for return, processed my service discontinuation and I was able to leave. I have already received email confirmation my equipment was returned. No complaints

I was at this store today and had to get all my data switched from one phone to my new phone. Alma did a fantastic job and got it all done. She was very patient and checked on the progress from time to time. Cox sends the phone to you and expects that you will be able to do all that transfer stuff. That is not realistic. I sure do appreciate Alma. Thank you, Alma!

The most rude and obnoxious sales people. I was waiting to be called on and I am inside the store and they skip me with out even project my name for all to hear. That is a lack of customer service. They didn't seem to give dam or be considered of people time!

Today nov 16th 2025 From 11:30am til 2:01pm on chanel 32 USA.. It shows on tv guide Olympic trials women curling. It showed 2 completely different shows. One was ice t police show and that guy eating. Why am I having issues with this still??? Last time was the hockey game. Now its showing the mixed paralympic trials.. is it cause I paid my bill late?

Would give 0 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and just don't. It's Saturday night and we're attempting to watch baseball and football games in Summerlin. We're receiving constant buffering due to deplorable speeds (pic attached). We are paying for 500 mbps yet this is what we get. Cox has been aware of the issue for over a month and they keep dragging us in circles, even at the corporate level. Now they are just ignoring us.

The new box which I never ordered was here it has worked worst the the last and signal keeps going. Since when is it ok to make changes to accounts without MY authorization? by the way according to a middle aged male employee in when we call your office you now have a greeter named Victoria or Aa who is super rude and needs better training that you offer for sure. Same goes for the other person who was rude At your Sahara office. HORRIBLE.

Sorry for the long review!
During my few visits, I had an inferior experience at the Cox store near Fort Apache and Sahara. I don't go often—only when I need to return or exchange old modems. Despite living about 2 miles away, even this time, I was planning to mail them to avoid dealing with customer service. I've been with Cox for a long time, probably over 15 years if I recall correctly. So, I don't want to leave negative feedback just because of a few unprofessional, irritable reps—at least not until I visit a few more times, lol.
Then, my visit today, on October 16, 2025, around 5:20 PM, confirmed that. A young man approached me with a friendly smile at the entrance and guided me to the service desk. He was sitting with another colleague, with whom I had a bad experience on my last visit. The man was sitting and didn’t acknowledge any customers nearby. During my previous visit, he seemed irritable and didn't care whether Cox made sales. Why? Because he sent me away twice, claiming I had the best internet service, and didn't believe I needed more than 1GB when I mentioned slow connection speeds. I think it's because of all the devices in my house—cell phones, computers, kids' tablets, five surveillance cameras, TVs, washer, and dryer. Not to brag, but I feel my whole house is filled with smart connections. I asked him if I could exchange the modem or if an upgrade would help, but he refused. Still, he wasn't friendly, which I didn't care about.
Thanks to Cox, I was able to upgrade online easily. They shipped me a new modem with a DIY kit within five days, and setup was straightforward.
Today, I returned their modem. Shawn R. shows that simple, friendly service can turn dissatisfied customers into positive experiences. Some employees are there just for a paycheck, while others, like Shawn R., work tirelessly to uplift the company's mission and goals.
I hope Cox recognizes Shawn’s good service. Thanks, Shawn — I really appreciate it.

They've gone on TOO long having this crappy of internet service for what theyre charging. Im done.

Extremely slow service. Helpful, observant staff who noticed me arrive with 2 boxes. She logged me in the queue and later took the boxes/cords. I shouldn't have had to go in person except Cox shipped me equipment when I didn't need it. Due to inaccurate information being provided by chat/phone I canceled my Cox service.
