Cox Store in Las Vegas is a location where customers can explore ultra-fast internet, mobile plans, and the latest devices. The store aims to provide personalized support to help with upgrades and tech needs.
Customer experiences with staff vary significantly. Many report excellent service, describing employees as prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very helpful. Specific positive interactions highlight staff who patiently assisted with data transfers between phones and provided simple, friendly service that quickly resolved problems, with some visits taking only five minutes. These positive experiences can turn dissatisfied customers into happy ones and encourage them to return.
However, other reviews describe an inferior experience with some unprofessional and irritable representatives. Criticisms include staff who were not friendly, did not acknowledge customers, seemed to lack care about sales, and refused requests for equipment exchanges or upgrades, sending customers away. This inconsistency suggests that while some employees work tirelessly to provide good service, others may provide a less satisfactory experience.
The store offers the option to handle upgrades and equipment returns online, with shipped items and straightforward DIY setup noted as convenient alternatives.
A surprisingly good experience for a utility store like Cox or a Cell Phone store, incredibly helpful staff. Very friendly, it wasn’t crowded and busy I was seen right away. And I ended up having my solution, can’t ask for anything else.

Took 10 minutes to open a new account for my rental 5 years ago and less than 5 minutes to close my account and return equipment years later. Consistently great customer service. No wait, employees knowledgeable with great follow up and follow through. I am very impressed with this specific location!
