This review is specifically for Dylan Diaz, who went above and beyond to make sure my internet issue was fixed. Multiple 3rd party contractors hired by Cox unsuccessfully attempted to fix my connection, and after the frustration of dealing with phone support it was Dylan Diaz at this location who understood my (relatively uncommon) issue. He explained in detail what was likely happening and scheduled an IN-HOUSE technician to fix the issue (successfully, after Cox phone support scheduled 4 unsuccessful work orders). I am confident my issue would not have been fixed had I not spoken with Dylan, and his efforts singlehandedly kept me as a Cox customer - a happy one at that.

Cox Cable Company Las Vegas Summerlin just told me on the phone they were happy about the Maui Wild Fires an were happy to hear that people died including kids. I'm speechless this is what a representive just told me. This company needs to burn to the ground. Everyone needs to boycott this company no one should ever support them.

The store has a decent, comfortable, open setup. There are lots of comfortable chairs, and couches for waiting when they're busy, and they are always busy. They're all polite, and very helpful. For me, one salesman was a little too helpful by adding one too many add-ons to our package (upgrades) causing my bill to jump from $114. To $289. The dishonest practice aggravated me to the point that I canceled my service with them. I'm just not interested in being taken advantage of.

This is suppose to be the best internet and cable in las vegas but the customer service is a 3 out of 10 and the app is 1 out of 10 so I don't know, I cancelled my cable after 3 days and they charge me cancellation fee. When I signed up I made sure that there is no cancellation fee but they still charge me good thing I saved the conversation so they will here more from me so sorry COX I gave u the chance to correct it.

They have no clue of any operation office in Las Vegas. State I'll need to contact "them" in the state of Georgia where headquartered for serious technical phone help. The seemingly " dumb as dirt" staff there are speciously "in the dark" about LV operations; where to or who to speak with in management. Pathetic commentary on COX as a major utility in this valley who holds ALL "hostage" with the least amount of info. possible as well as often? Hiding vital information to the customer about outages and duration. The Corporate office is NOT in touch with its branches, particularly, in Las Vegas. They are just as bad when speaking to them finally. Amazing they survive - but remember, the survive because they haven't enough real competition. Wake up Vegas!

Good service BUT the billing practices are a HUSTLE!!!They lie to your face and shrug their shoulders when you call them on it. That is if you can get customer service you can understand.I'm always polite but finally canceled today because of billing hustle and non English speaking customer support..

Cox AI agents can’t solve a problem because they’re robots. I need a company with real people. I logged in from my account through the app, wasted an hour chatting, and couldn’t resolve the issue because of a PIN number I never remembered because I have needed it twice in two years. Never again Cox, never again. Your company will never receive my money again.Agent’s solution: go to a local store because our convenient services aren’t really convenient.I’m done with technology. Luddites, here I come.

These people will call you everyday after you cancel. Then you will have to block their number because no one will even be on the line.Do yourself a favor and switch to something like T-Mobile 5g for 1/3 the price. It's time for big cable to RIP.

Communication with customers needs improvement.Was not informed in person, via email, or website that account had promotional rate.Employee said internet rate was not promotional, during service activation.Twelve months later, Cox website notifies 12 month promotional rate ending.Bills direct customers to website to see their promotional rates. For the past 12 months, MyAccount on website does not indicate promotional rate.

I had a problem with payment, so I visited Cox, but the female employee didn't give us an accurate explanation and said she didn't know. CONCLUSION We visited another Cox 7 miles away and they got our job done in 5 minutes. I will never visit the Sahara store again in the future.
