Don't bother going to the store, just call or chat with customer service yourself. Asked to swap the phone numbers for two of my phones to each other for two of my phone lines, and the rep just requested new numbers without even taking a second to check what he was doing with me. I stated it 5 times, brought the phones and showed I wanted the phone number on each phone switched. Lost my numbers because he thought "switch" meant "get new number". Not once did I use the word new. It's funny how you get generations have grown with faster communication and more often than ever, yet their communication skills can be sadly lacking. I was generally amazed that we were both speaking fluent English, simple requests, and he confidently just did something completely different and life altering and then tried to blame it on me. Not once was the word "new" used for the phone number, so why would you assume I needed new numbers? In fact I said, "same, existing numbers" like 5 times but I guess he didn't care to pay attention or ask for clarification.

Refered family members to cricket since I've had the service for 15+ years . They eneded up going to this location. Mariana, "helped them". It was very disappointing to hear that the service they got was extremely bad! Things weren't explained properly they got false information just so she could make the sale and when they asked to be refunded they were told that they could NOT help them. Many questions were asked to make sure this didn't happen and they still failed to inform them correct information. Beware make sure you record the conversations at this point.!!

I've been with crooked many years I've had several phones I'm quickly losing faith I've been told some things by customer service and at the store that are conflicting and not coming true the store is franchise the company runs customer service on the phone 611 anyway more to come I'm sure I need to get down there cuz the last replacement phone I got they sold me a absolute junk beginner phone it doesn't even have Google as Google go hardly any memory it's all bad it doesn't know my voice it doesn't know my name doesn't know my finger my last phone cheap power and it performed very well I'm going to get another one

There was a Huge Software Update today 8/30/22! I couldn't get my Cell Phone to sync up w/ Wifi. The manager took care of it quickly! Thanks So Much! I couldn't figure it out! THANKS VERY MUCH!!

The two men that were trying to help but were egotistical need to learn how to serve customers..... with that said, I been with Cricket for over 10 years, when they first came to Vegas, back then, they made sure customers were happy with their phones regardless if it was Iphone or not. Anyways now, all the Cricket stores have the weakest selection of phones, and when I tell them its an updated phone (supposedly a deal) they had one, still not a deal and then tell me there is an activation fee for an Iphone I already have. How the hell am I paying for activation fee for an activated account? Other companies give away free phones. Its BS, Cricket don't forget we all bring you business, be better.
