This place is a complete joke. I called around 7:00 PM and spoke with a rep who told me they’d be open until 8:00 PM — just like their sign says. I told him I’d be there by 7:30, and he said no problem. I showed up at 7:35 and the doors were locked, lights off, completely closed. Seriously? I made the effort to get here based on YOUR word and you couldn’t even stay open the full posted hours? That’s flat-out disrespectful and unprofessional. Don’t tell customers one thing and do another. Total waste of my time — I won’t be coming back.

If your looking to buy a device, they will GLADLY! Help you. Have a problem, well if it don't benefit them they don't care.
Customer service, get repeat business regardless of if you cheap! It'll be real funny when I transfer all 4 lines to another carrier and get better customer service for less!

I never left a review..Today, however, I was impressed by the warm response that I experienced even though it was a short time there..I went to cancel my dead father's cell phone a while ago, and I was comforted by the sad feelings that were suppressed..I am so grateful for the employee's heart, so I leave a review..He will be blessed for life.

If I could give 0 stars I would - horrible company. I ran in to buy a few items and explained to the lady helping me I wasn't sure that the items would work and was it possible to return the items if I had proof of purchase- she said yes and spent about 30 min with me. when I realized I needed to return 2 of the 3 items, I was told my an alleged manager there are no returns - All sales are final - look at the receipt! NICE - how about train your staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
