CVS in Las Vegas offers a convenient place to manage your health needs with reliable service and a wide range of products. The store is open seven days a week, making it easy to refill prescriptions, get COVID-19 or flu tests, receive vaccinations, or pick up personal care items, snacks, and pet toys. Customers can save time and money by joining the ExtraCare® program for personalized deals and rewards, shopping weekly deals, or ordering online for free CVS® Pickup or same-day delivery. Staff members are often friendly and helpful, providing good service and going above and beyond to assist with prescriptions and insurance issues. Many customers appreciate the long-term service of this location and the caring attitude of the employees. However, some experiences have been less positive, with reports of slow service, delays in prescription readiness, and poor communication about when medications are available. There are instances where prescriptions are not ready on time or do not have stock, leading to frustration and extra trips. Overall, CVS in Las Vegas aims to offer accessible health and shopping options, but improvements in efficiency and communication could enhance the customer experience.
The pharmacy is the worst. They never want to do their job. They never find you in the system. They treat you poorly. Even if you give them the information they need to search for you. They just don't want to. 0 stars would be fair, but not exaggerated.

Spoke with Hardy at the pharmacy and he was very rude, condescending, and not willing to help with a patients medication. I have never been spoken too so poorly, I pray no patient has to come into contact with Hardy. Do better CVS with the people you hire.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I wish I could give negative stars. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Drive the extra miles, just don’t waste your time at this location.
