“Wow! When they say specialty let me tell you what that means. Let's start with the FREE delivery that they pay for. What a great option the big pharmacies aren't going to give you. Staff all very understanding people and always helpful. They will reach out to you doctor and make recommendations or try to get some urgency on your prescription. Josh has helped me get rid of cholesterol medication with diet correction and high quality vitamins that I buy from them. Cholesterol went from 350 to 180 and less. Recommended a non statin drug to initially get things under control to getting off of it. I'm grateful. If there's something they other pharmacies can't get they might be able too. Definitely consider them before going to another CVS or WALGREENS to walk around and wait. I don't think I've seen anyone waiting around there ever.”

“It was a pain finding their simple location and then to find out about their onerous delivery fee. Both which should have been easy to find on their website cs a few texts back and forth, that’s a pain in itself, to be told to call them. Still deciding whether to use them….see my other review…..just responding to Google here. Just updated my review to 3 stars after finally ordering my Ketamine compound from them…..they are cheaper and much faster than Partell, but with the now $17 delivery fee, it’s $6 less….and while I had sent my info in via the secure text, I had to repeat everything to Sara, who was most pleasant, cheerful and fun in verifying everything and slitting me for delivery. Best she could say is that they’d call before arriving before 5p- no biggie, as I’m disabled and not going out today, I do like to know about ehrn due to insomnia and having my phones ring quietly. She didn’t know the flavoring of the troches but, meds can never taste good- prevents pets and kids from snacking on them. Hopefully it’s mint and not the nauseating fruit punch Partell would use and that they have a longer shelf life, as 12 200mg troches are $67 plus the delivery fee of $17, vs $85 + $5 at Partell and you’re dealing with nicer ppl, faster prep time. PLS STAY TUNED - I hopefully will update to 4 stars later tonight after my first dose in a few months…..can’t give them a 5-star because if the delivery….if it wasn’t a controlled med, I’d have Uber pick it up along with a pizza, no joke. Puzza from elsewhere, though….woukd be good horizontal buz integration. Wish they had a website as well. Updated to 4 stars- fast delivery, GREAT cold packaging and 5-7 bucks cheaper than Partell even with delivery charge. We were met with a litany of things to get for when she came home. When we called Freedom Medical we were met with a quite disrespectful customer care experience. “This is the most efficient pharmacy service we've received in a very, very long time! Our prescriptions are filled and home- delivered promptly. My husband has a challenging medical condition which requires several medications taken several times a day. Our previous pharmacy had difficulty keeping certain critical meds in stock or accurately notifying him in a timely manner when they were in stock to refill his prescriptions...it was SO FRUSTRATING! Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
