CVS Pharmacy in Las Vegas offers a wide range of services to meet pharmacy, health, and wellness needs. Most locations are open seven days a week, providing convenient access for prescription refills, vaccinations, and personal care items. Customers appreciate the store's cleanliness and the pleasant, professional attitude of the employees. Many find the weekly deals and ExtraCare membership beneficial for saving money on purchases. However, experiences can vary, especially at the Minute Clinic, where some customers did not achieve the expected results but praised the staff's caring demeanor. While many employees are regarded as knowledgeable and customer-oriented, there are concerns about a lack of soft skills among some pharmacy technicians. Customers emphasize the importance of friendly interactions and basic respect in customer service. Overall, CVS is seen as a reliable choice, with efficient and caring pharmacists and a well-stocked store. The convenient downtown location adds to its appeal, making it a go-to spot for health-related needs. Despite some mixed experiences, the general sentiment highlights a commitment to customer care and value in a busy environment.
Didn't get the results I hoped for at the Minute Clinic, but both the intake nurse and RN have great bedside manner and took a real interest in my issue. Would strongly recommend.

I have always used Walgreens until the pandemic when I went to CVS to get my shots. I find their most as good as Walgreens and better pricing. The employees are cordial, knowledgeable, and Customer oriented.

Love our pharmacists. Efficient and caring. Right downtown which is handy. Well stocked for the area with adequate security.
