“This EZPawn is clean and well-managed. From my years of doing business here, I can say that the employees are always friendly, personable, and helpful. I was approaching the shop and noticed an employee outside having a cigarette break. He ended his break, came over, opened the door for me, and assisted me inside. He didn't have to go above & beyond in that simple way because there was another employee inside who could have assisted me. His name is Dominic, and he is one of the sweetest & cutest young men, along with the Manager. All of the employees are ready and happy to assist. The employees are polite, friendly, patient, creative, and handsome. I find him and the Manager to be very handsome and genuine men. All of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the variety of items that are available in the shop and that people bring in. I have always been given the best advice on my options. They aren't out for my cash; they are out for what's best for my needs at that time. I've noticed over the years that they can't always take the items people bring in, and that they don't speak ill of people/items once they leave. “I needed a simple charging port adjustment. (Cord would sometimes work / sometimes not). In less than 30 min. they had the adjustment made and a cleaning of the port & speaker area done. Since I was there, I also purchased a new case. VERY courteous service. Phone is like new. As needed, I shall certainly return to their store.”

“I was surprised to find low everyday pricing on some items, including 2 litre bottles of Pepsi and Coke products for $1.99. They also have several self checkout stations to eliminate long lines. The only negative is that they don't have limited products due to the small size of the store, but this probably won't matter to most customers.”

Wide variety of wiring terminals tools, relays lights fuses and impressive selection of connectors….Some see to be military grade. Calvin & the gang are knowledgeable and helpful in coming up with solutions for your equipment needs & repairs. If your a musician or DJ they have every Jack and amplifier plug know to man I think. If they don’t have it, they will find it for you. Lots of electronic specialty items too from meters, connector crimpers to soldering stations and HUGE inventory of project boxes and Pelican Cases.”
“Bobby and Tony are not just experts in repairs, they are VERY patient and courteous. This is a rare find these days, esp. here in Vegas. I took my 9090 to a different service previously, it came back worse than when it went in.... SO I had my both my sansui 9090's [I own 2] serviced cleaned and updated by AudioXpert. They worked and looked better than ever but then mysteriously I kept losing stereo or one channel on both units.....I brought them back about 47 times...JK..... several times, at least 6. Their patience and willingness to troubleshoot, WITH ME, the ongoing problem was AMAZING !!! AND as it turns out ..THE CAUSE was my own damn phone settings not running stereo !!!! what a great couple of guys, take your HI-FI anywhere else your making a big mistake....
