Madison West Apartments is a centrally located complex on O'Bannon Drive, offering spacious one, two, and three-bedroom homes with features like wood-style flooring and personal patios. Residents enjoy amenities including pools, a spa, and a fitness center. The location provides quick access to shopping, restaurants, the Las Vegas Arts District, and major roads. Reviews consistently praise the exceptional and helpful management team, describing staff members as fantastic, responsive, and kind. Specific employees are noted for going out of their way to assist, providing great customer service and making the application process easy. Maintenance is generally commended for being professional, knowledgeable, and addressing repairs properly. The apartments are described as clean, quiet, peaceful, and a great place to live. Some residents have lived there for many years. However, there are noted concerns. The laundry room machines sometimes do not work correctly, and the hot tub is often unavailable. The two swimming pools are not heated, limiting their use. Additionally, rent increases every year are a significant concern for tenants. Despite these issues, many residents are very happy and recommend the complex to others looking for a comfortable home.
