“The only complaint I have is when you schedule a tour on their website, the information doesn't go to the office staff. But otherwise the property looked well kept. I liked that there was security patrolling the property during the day.”

“Lorraine made our entire move to our new apartment the best it can possible be and the quickest in can be. From seeing the apartment for the 1st time to getting the keys to move in, all in less than 4 days, was possible thanks to her. She was always available when you reached out to the office, no matter how many times you called throughout the day. So far we love our new home.”

“All I can say is I wish I could’ve gotten approved for these apts! I went on to see them and it was beautiful! Keisha was very professional and sweet! She explained everything about the process of applying, the living arrangements, amenities, etc. I could see her being a real estate agent in the future! ?I would definitely recommend Rancho Mirage to anyone looking for an apartment that feels like home! ❤️”

“I really hate that the ratings average on Google for this property is 4.2 because it is a five-star property EASY! I think it's mostly COVID that hurt the rating. If you just look at the reviews for over the last year, they are all 5's for a reason!First, Tanaia and Coy are very sweet and very good at their jobs. They are quick to react and have a great attitude! I haven't met other management staff yet but I'm sure they follow suit. The maintenance team has been very responsive and gets the job done. Everything about this property is a 5...gym, pool, clubhouse, parking, cleanliness, quiet..not to mention the apartment itself! I couldn't be happier with living here..Unless they offered free ice cream ????”

“I’m giving this property a 5 star solely because of Naomi who works in the office. I was pretty unhappy when first moving in because some things were different from what I was showed and also because of the unit not being fully cleaned I expressed my concerns with people in the office and was told they were going to be fixed multiple times after a few weeks nothing was still done once I finally spoke with Naomi things were getting done right away and I was so thankful. I really wanted to be happy where My son and I were living and comfortable and knowing she is there and I call her for things to get done gives me a peace of mind. Thank you Naomi!”

“We are extremely happy with the Rental Team at Cabrillo Apartments. It’s been 30 years since we last rented an apartment. We have a home in another country, but wanted a place to be closer to our daughter. The apartment is spacious and very convenient to shopping, restaurants, groceries and more. I will be using the on premises gym, jacuzzi, and pool. We feel fortunate to be living here in Las Vegas!”

“I have lived at Sundance Village since June of 2016 I absolutely love my home but some of the rules should not be in force or changed and office people can be irritating at times , for instance this community is family oriented but the children Cannot ride bikes, skateboards hover boards etc and no motorcycles are not allowed in the community ( so with this rule the community should not be child friendly if the child is not going to be able to play. Then today January 20th I went to Meadows Mall ( I get around in a power wheelchair) upon getting back to the property ( Sundance Village) my battery was flashing 1 light so I went into the office right into the recreation area and plugged my chair in to charge and wait for someone to become available so I could ask for a parcel that was delivered for me and Maria come up beside me and said something along the lines of she didn't know something, weather it was about my charging my wheelchair up or what I was unclear I said to Maria that I was charging my chair for a few minutes and if she could check about my pkg , she went and got it put it in 1 of my bags for me and I ask if I needed to sign for it ( which the book that the residents sign is off into the corner of the office that is blocked by desks and office chairs ( which is not very wheelchair friendly)and if there is customers being helped at 2 of the desks surrounding the table with the book for signing for parcels then the residents with a handicap cannot get to the book ( the table and book was just off to the right side of the entrance door before and it should return to that area again”

“So far so good, no issues with getting the apt, staff was friendly, and my pup pup was allowed to come with me. Appliances are a little out dated, but not like ancient or anything and they work, so can't complain to much about that. All in all, bees a good move for me and area is very centralized. Tons of stuff around for food, shopping, gas, etc. Would definitely recommend at this point in time.”

“I've lived here about half a year, having moved in around when the new management was transforming Emory into Madison West. I will update this review if anything significantly changes later. So far, we've been incredibly pleased with our encounters with management, staff, and the property itself, and I hope to renew my lease indefinitely moving forward because it's so great here.First of all, Anna is doing a great job in managing this property. Enrique and his coworker in maintenance are rock-stars as well; ownership should make sure to provide competitive raises over time to retain these folks. Good property management requires people skills, critical thinking, AND common sense, which is becoming a rare combo. Anna has handled any requests or questions with grace and accuracy, and followed up proactively with updates. We get timely notification of necessary entry and general property announcements.Enrique (alongside fellow maintenance staff, forgive me for not knowing his name!) has assessed property-related situations with a keen eye towards what will solve the problem *best* and maintain the property for the long-term. My father is a retired carpenter, and I like seeing buildings well cared-for, as it will just create waste and cost more in the long term if you let them get worn down. I appreciated that any maintenance request was dealt with promptly, and usually just involved an initial visual assessment followed by obtaining needed parts, because these guys solidly know what they're doing. On a property this size, the small dedicated maintenance staff keep really busy, so I've always appreciated how friendly and personalized the brief few visits have been despite that! That brings me to the quality of the property and buildings. This property is great and surprisingly quiet, given its location. We're buffered to the south by a small hospital and school district building, and the housing complex to the west across Edmond Street has a high fence that seems to help our privacy too. If you're looking at apartments directly facing O'bannon Drive to the north, that's the only street I've seen get a bit rowdy or sketchy, but even that is very quiet compared to most of this area. The residents of the complex are also chill and laid-back. There are families in the complex, and if your unit faces directly onto the pools, you will want to consider if kids playing loudly there would be an issue for you. We are far away enough from the pools that it's just a nice distant sound of summer. The buildings themselves are why I never want to move: our apartment is SO well-insulated. The only sounds that travel really loudly are actual physical thumps to the infrastructure, like hammering or doors closing. Also, we are top floor, and the roof is not insulated at all- the first time we heard workers up there, we thought they were going to fall into our living room! However, building maintenance like roof work is necessary and rare, in my experience so far.The good insulation of these buildings carries through in the apartment layout itself, in my opinion, and this is the final benefit I want to drive home. We had to downsize from a previous 2-bedroom layout to a single bedroom, despite needing two work-from-home setups. With the size of the living room and bedroom, combined with the really effective internal insulation, it's honestly a better split than our previous 2-bedroom. Once the bedroom door is closed, any sound transfer is very muffled, and we have ample space to spread out in separate areas. If you do move here, actually read the thorough rules you are provided, about 40 pages which would be common sense to some. Keeping your apartment to a basic level of cleanliness, and following related rules, is why this is one of the only affordable areas that does NOT have cockroaches. They do regular maintenance inspections and will catch you if you are gross, I'm glad all my neighbors here take pride and keep stuff clean! Thanks, Madison West, for a great place to live.”

“I have worked in the field for quite a while now and I can honestly say that this is one of the best jobs I have had seeing residence day day and knowing their likes and dislikes the gradient in the morning and the good nights and see you in the morning or memorable it’s one of the things that makes you think you made a difference working with the directors here at The Bridge is amazing being able to come to work and knowing that you’re going to have a great day and you have the support behind you, family members leave, knowing that their families are taking care of as much as we can Each of us makes a difference in their lives”

“I've been renting here for a year. Any problems have been solved quickly. I feel safe thanks to the gates and the private security service they have. Utilities and rent are paid in the same portal which is easy to use. Amenities (gym & pool) are not available. Cox does not provide high-speed residential internet service here; get LVnet.”

“I lived here for almost 3 years. My job is remote so I spent A LOT of time at Loft 5. Below I’ve compiled my experience and hopefully it helps someone. The Leasing Office, HOA, Maintenance:Leasing office and HOA staff were nice and communicated effectively. Christina and Allain were very helpful, informative and professional. All of my maintenance request were completed in a timely manner and if there were any hold ups it was communicated. The maintenance employees were very kind, knowledgeable and quick. I appreciated them during my time there. My unit: 2 bed, 2.5 bath, enclosed patio 5th floor: It was a lot of space for a 2 bed 2.5 bath with the enclosed patio. You won’t find anything like it in Vegas. It was quiet with the occasional noise from neighbors. The 5th floor in my building was very quiet and my living room faced the I-15 so I didn’t experience too much noise. Security did a good job addressing noise complaints, especially in the middle of the night.Parking:I had a few issues over the years with my assigned parking spot. Both security and leasing office handled the situation in a timely manner.Amenities:I used the gym frequently and it was upgraded with new equipment over the years. It was good to use for my workouts and I don’t have any complaints. I used the pool and hot tub often and didn’t have any issues.Overall:I rated this complex 4 stars because everywhere has its positives and negatives. No place is perfect. My positives outweighed my negatives while living here. I relocated to another state or I would’ve stayed in my unit. I felt safe and liked having the security at the gate and roaming around the complex observing the property. Out of all my apartments I’ve had in Vegas in the 10 years this one was my favorite. After moving out I received my full deposit back. Again, I hope this review is helpful.”

“One of the perks of living in Summerhill Pointe Apartments is the maintenance was very prompt when there were service issues, and they did a thorough job making sure the faucets, garbage disposal, drain, and water tank worked. They showed great professionalism when responding to service requests, and the leasing agents named Sarah, both Jennifer's, Joi, Carmen, and Yessie were all very helpful, and thoroughly adequate with the apartment tasks. Sarah was really nice and cared about her tenant’s liking the apartments. *A great draw to living at Summerhill Pointe Apartments is DS being a short drive away and in close proximity, the new High-efficiency huge washer and dryer, and the units are newly done with a glass-cooktop oven that bakes well -- pristine stainless-steel dishwasher and refrigerator that shines with Weiman.”

“Me and my partner are fairly new Las Vegas residents. And after living at Falling Water apartments for a few months now, we are pleased that we decided to call this place home after settling in. Parking is not too difficult and neighbors are friendly and quiet (but I guess that depends on which building you live in). And lastly, we think that Falling Water apts is kept clean and organized. And that's all thanks to the property management and maintenance team. We've had to submit a few maintenance repair requests and they're always done in a timely manner after shortly submitting. Specifically Carlos! He was amazing at fixing our repairs so quickly and also very kind. Highly recommend Falling Water if you're looking for apt complexes!”

“I’m pretty new here, I’ve been here for three months, so far it’s great! It’s really close to the freeway, shopping centers and restaurants. I’m hoping our rent doesn’t go up so we can renew the lease once it’s due.My only complaint are the surrounding neighbors, there is such a lack of common courtesy. They play really loud music at late hours, drive super fast in the parking lot, and most are just generally rude. I understand that’s an issue outside of managements hands.Other than that, it’s been good here! Maintenance calls get answered quickly and solve maintenance issues really fast and the guys are really nice, So is the staff in the leasing office!”
