“I'm in HEAVEN! I'm in HEAVEN everyday, and a massive part of this is due to my beautiful one bedroom apartment on the third floor, the fantastic amenities, and the fantastic leasing team at EVORA. From the moment I walked in I knew this was going to be home. Sameerah, Daniela, Brea, Michael, and Matt have been wonderful to work with from day one. I first toured the property with Michael and he was so friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the property and the apartments. Michael was always smiling and willing to show me as many apartments as I requested and was extremely patient while doing so. I never felt rushed and I felt comfortable asking him any question. Michael enthusiastically showed me the property and all the wonderful amenities it had to offer. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I was in awe. I applied right away and Michael was so helpful with the move in process and went above and beyond in anyway he could. I came back to EVORA to look at some other units when Michael was off, and I toured the property with Daniela and she was fantastic as well. Daniela was very accommodating and patient while I was looking at the apartments and I never felt rushed. Daniela wanted to make sure I was completely happy with my choice and went out of her way to do so. Brea is so friendly and helpful all the time. Brea always has a great big smile on her face and is always very welcoming upon entering the leasing office and always offers assistance right away. Matt in concierge is always so bubbly. Matt hosted the Fourth of July event at the pool and did a great job. All the residents had a blast. Everyone had drinks, food, and there was a DJ. Matt made his rounds to make sure everyone was having a good time. That was my first event as a EVORA resident and I must say it was very impressive. I can't wait to attend all the other events the property has to offer. Sameerah is the senior property manager and fantastic she is. Sameerah was extremely accommodating and helpful with the move in process and any questions I had. Sameerah went above and beyond in anyway she could to make sure I was comfortable in my new home. Sameerah has a FANTASTIC team and they all work so well together to make everyone feel welcome. I have met Esteban in maintenance and his team and they are all awesome. They are all very friendly, accommodating, and approachable and keep the grounds looking amazing. It is very pristine in all the buildings.
EVORA comes highly recommended to anyone who wants and enjoys resort style living, wants a beautiful apartment, and a fantastic Leasing Team.
Where else can you go for a swim, play pickle ball, hit a few golf balls, go to the gym then sit in the sauna, then grab a bite to eat in one of the delicious restaurants and then do a little grocery shopping right outside your door? Like I said I'm in HEAVEN!!!”

“Great place to live, what can I say it’s quiet and very peaceful at night especially!!! The staff are wonderful and I can’t ask for a better place to live. All issues are handled immediately and they never waste time on speaking to you when you come in the office. I’m not just saying this just because but a true review comes from experience of living in terrible areas. This area is well kept and very peaceful ☺☺ the price can be much but hey you pay for what you want!!! 😌”
“Security at night. I have observed people who appear to not belong here. Security should walk around grounds at night people hide and sleep here.. other that that its great here, I really like it”
“We’ve lived at Cabrillo twice now and we have had great experiences both times. My husband and I were going through a lot of adjustments with 4 young kids and the front office (Jessie, Jazmin, and Isabella) were so gracious the entire time we were there. They were always willing to help with any issues we were having. Aside from the constant smell of marijuana when we stepped out as a family, there were no issues with the apartment or staff. Love it here and love the memories we created.”

“Orange Grove is one of the most fun communities to live in creating a safe environment for children and families to live, also I've been living here 2 years straight and have had no problems, the management is awesome, maintenance is very fast, and also the community gatherings, I love to bring doughnuts and spread joy to the community. “Been here over 5 years. Relaxed neighbors. A bit overzealous with their rules. Got threatened with a fine for having holiday decorations and having my door propped open for my cat to got out on the balcony (we live on the 2nd floor). Great maintenance guys. Love the head guy.”

“Good service, good hygiene and cleanliness of the place, very quiet, I give it four stars because inside the apartments the kitchen and bathroom shelves are very deteriorated and there is a lack of lighting in the rooms.
It is not allowed to have anything in the patio other than plants, when giving notification they must communicate it through email or cell phone and not leave a piece of paper on the door of the apartment that could be lost, or at least let them know that they are going to leave the paper on the door.”
“First of all, I have been living here over 22 years. Carla the Assistant Manager has been exceptional in and out of the office. I was having a problem with a piece of mail that I was just frantically waiting for. The mailman gave her the piece of mail I was waiting for. She immediately called me to let me know that it was with her. I thanked her and she went out of her way after the office closed, to drive over and personally give it to me. I was running behind time to go over to physically get it. I was so appreciative and touched that she knew it was important to bring it to me. I almost cried. Everything I go into the office she always greets me warmly with a smile and always solves what problem I may need to get fixed. A diamond of an employee. Great addition to the company and property. Another diamond of maintenance is Jose. Super thankful and very grateful for his workmanship in what ever needs to be fixed in my apartment. 100% professional and knowledgeable this job.
