Garbage when it comes to finding the place to get tickets and to get tickets for same day. Whoever runs this process is awful at their job. Very rare for me to leave a negative review also. Don't waste your time going here.

The gondola ride was cute, but overrated in my view. The experience didn’t seem that much different than just walking around the canal and listening the gondola singers from the sidelines.
