Famous Footwear is a very friendly and helpful store with a convenient location. The staff are always nice, knowledgeable, and super helpful, offering assistance on the sales floor and with returns. The interior is neat, clean, and organized with all items marked for pricing. It offers a variety of brands for children and adults, including athletic shoes and accessories. The experience is quick for pick-up, and the staff is known for being great, even helping to find sizes and ship items. It is a great place for family shopping with lots of parking and handicap access.
The store is clean and the staff is helpful, but they only have about 5 pairs of every shoe available. Neither me or my son could find a single pair in our fairly common sizes, despite finding 4-5 acceptable choices each. All I got from shopping here were ideas of shoes to order online from another retailer.

Went into the store knowing what i wanted, did anyone come over to assist me, no. Customer service is horrible. I asked the clerk if there is any available to assist me?
