Fergusons Downtown is a beautiful, well-kept gathering place rooted in community, celebrating local music, art, and creators. Through the revitalization of the historic Fergusons Motel, it cultivates a diverse and inviting community that fosters creativity and passion. It is a relaxing and peaceful spot, free of charge for locals and tourists alike, and one of the best spots in Downtown Vegas. It adds to the fabric of Las Vegas as a place where the community can connect, shop, eat, drink, stay, work, gather, and explore. From the shops of local makers and a plant store to restaurants and an enchanting green space, visitors can meander through the artful shops, sit on the grass with a tea or latte, or relax in a lounge area. It is a great spot for downtown locals to work, socialize, and meet people. Fergusons is also a great place for young and independent artists and performers to showcase their talents and goods, offering a nice alternative entertainment experience. They host unique events regularly, like sound baths during the new moon or yoga sessions on the lawn. The rooftop space is super cute and captures the unique vibes of DTLV, providing an amazing experience for special events like wedding receptions, with a professional and friendly team that is super helpful with planning and execution.
