Just came out. limited COVID capacity the service was non existent. Employees just standing at the cash register just talking to each other.

This macys sucks, what's the point of having "store managers" if they do nothing to help the customer. Legia and lashandra what ever her name was. Horrible service. Bad attitude. Do better macys.

I originally bought some Michael Kors boots and they didn't remove the security tag, I went back and a cashier named Jocelyn was extremely helpful. She was quick and efficient, I will definitely be back because of her.
