There's a black girl who has blonde long weave that smell like old library books .What's odd is that I wasn't feeling her vibe and because she watching my wife and jealous of our peaceful bond ,she didn't realize I didn't want her touching my things at the register. So my wife told me they must steal a lot at this location and that we can pray over the items . Y'all tell me why that girl got mad ??

Did self check out and the assistant cashier girl was so rude and manners . Grabbed receipt before i could even grab it and made me feel super uncomfortable like i was tryin to steal when i only grabbed two items . Needs better customer service . HORRIBLE ATTITUDE . Been to other 5 belows and the employees are always lovely

I loved finding this place, even though I arrived close to closing time and it was a little messy and with some faults, but I took advantage of the trip and bought, it will be a matter of going early

No bathrooms available for the customers, supposedly bathrooms are out of service. Alexis is supposedly the manager today 4/28/24 and by law no store is to deny the use of a bathroom to a customer or to an elderly paying customer. We were going to buy a bunch a stuff and left very dissatisfied. I immensely hope that no one enters this establishment.

This location is supposed to be open til 6pm on Sunday I can eat 5:00pm and it’s closed with no one answering the phones or even a sign to state they closed early this was a waist of gas.. extremely disappointed…..

when i went to check out, the clerk pretty much ran up to me to try & bag my items. i told her i dont need a bag (all i had were some stickers) and she came at me aggressively and said she has to ring me out. i already scanned my things so im just looking at her like she's crazy now. if five below is having their employees do all that extra mess bc of theft, then maybe don't do SELF checkout. if an employee is doing it, then that defeats the purpose.

Good location. Good customer service. Helpful employees. They did not have the item I was looking for. However, it has many items and a variety for under $5.00. I recommend this location.

This store needs some major TLC - items were just scattered everywhere like a garage sale. I understand it’s the end of the holiday season, but goodness gracious clean up your store. It was my first time to a 5 below, which I was super excited for, but this one was short of that. The employee didn’t even say hi or anything and was just hanging out up front looking like she didn’t want to be there. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

This was by far the dirtiest store I have ever been in. Visiting from Texas and was truly shocked at the condition of the store. Store had just opened and the floors were already filthy which means no one cleaned the night before. Items poorly organized on shelves and items all over floor which dirt and debris . Staff adding items to shelves instead of cleaning floors and items all over floors. Never experienced such a disgusting store in any Texas store I’ve been in or Cali when I went. Store would make me not want to ever go to another if I didn’t know this was not the norm for the brand. It was on the level of Dollar General as filthy as it was. If you can’t staff the store enough to keep it clean why be open? The front register staff was great but there were a couple other staff there doing everything but cleaning and a security guard wandering around doing nothing. Everyone seemed to be ok with working in filth! Do not go! They deserve not even one star but that’s the lowest the system lets me submit. Pics are not an accurate description of the business!

The items more expensive than the $5 seem to be quite a bit overpriced . But if you look really hard there are some decent deals.
