Not writing this review about the store itself but rather the customer service I had over the phone. Had an issue with a different five below location and the lady who assisted me was very polite. Thank you for helping me out!!

Nice clean store . people were helpful when I needed help and it was fine. The trick is though, you got to bring in your own bag. they charge you 35 cents a bag- so yeah don't forget your reusable bags.
