Went to the back of the shop and showed them the exact rose I wanted (creamy white with petals tinged pink at the top). Arrangement arrived with pink roses.It was lovely but not exactly what I wanted. P.S. Ordered the arrangement on a Friday when there was a full bucket of the roses I selected and the arrangement was delivered on Monday.”

They didn't have black, so they were special ordered because I specifically wanted them in black. But when they were delivered they got sent to the wrong apartment on accident.When I called to check on the order, the woman sent me the photo the delivery driver took and it wasn't the right house. So she ordered another thing of preserved black roses and then hand delivered them to the correct apartment a few days later. Girlfriend was so happy and I really appreciate the effort to make sure my order was completed! Thank you. Will be ordering from here for future flower deliveries.”

“Really interesting little shop. I swung by on a whim to pick up a bouquet of flowers for my mom while I was in town visiting. My partner and I were buzzed in and I asked to see what they had available in their fridges. The guy helping us told us about their selection and pricing. He was a nice guy and really chill. The ready-made selection was modest, affordable, and very nice. I walked away with a really gorgeous bouquet that my mom could not stop raving about. “Regarding service, I cannot rave enough about the superb customer Service and support at Albertsons! I just had a really fouled-up delivery (delivered to wrong place), which was late at night. They use a third party delivery service which uses either illiterate or just plain lazy drivers. Anyway..I requested a refund and a partial one was processed immediately. I called customer service (corporate) and spoke to a very pleasant gentleman who transferred me to the local store customer support..a super nice and efficient young lady. The remainder of my charges (I suspect were the 3rd party fees & tip) were immediately refunded. I have always had excellent service and pleasant interactions with Albertsons personnel and they have my ongoing loyalty. KUDOs to Albertsons!”
