I had an appointment in September and the sales rep was so rude. I ended up canceling the other appointment I made for later in the week. Wondering of they'll be better if I return in the future but not holding my breath. On the other hand, I received exceptional service at Chanel!

Even after leaving the store, the tone, eyes, and intonation of the whole atmosphereIt made me wonder if I had done something wrong, so I went in and it turned out to be an unfriendly store... This is my first time seeing such an unfriendly store^^... Hahahaha, go to the wynn store nearby. It's really very friendly.
