Wonderful experience with Hertz Car Rental at the Las Vegas airport. Got off of the airplane and was shuttled over to our car rental within 10-15 minutes. As a gold member, I was able to skip the line and pick up my rental car within 5 minutes. The Hertz office staff were all very helpful and kind. The rental vehicle we received was clean on the inside and outside. Upon returning the vehicle, we drove into the parking garage and were on the shuttle and back to the airport within 20 minutes. No surprise charges or fees. The whole process was super easy and quick. Very happy with my first car rental experience with Hertz. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Terrible experience with Hertz at the airport. The queue for the airport desk was over 90 minutes, with only two desks open. When we finally were seen we were directed to the parking garage and told the car would be brought over and to wait. So we waited. Nothing. We went into the Hertz desk up there to ask over three times and they were completely unhelpful, and we were just told to wait and that the car would be brought up. So we kept waiting with our 3 children under 5, and increasing numbers of people waiting around. We were waiting there for over an hour. When a suitable car finally arrived a representative just said “who wanted a 7 seater?! Who was here first?!” It was a good thing the other family waiting for that size were fair and said it was us. I am only giving 2 stars because one of the staff members was at least trying to be helpful - against a ridiculous system. Avoid hiring a car from the airport if you can!!!

The worst. Line was a mile long and not moving. My name wasn't on the board like it was supposed to be. "Guaranteed" vehicle was not there but might be if I waited two hours. Received a worse car, for the same rate of course. Nobody working in the lot. Just take a car and go I guess? Exit gate line took forever.

Vehicle pick up via Gold service is smooth but as you drive the rental vehicle toward the gate to queue up for vehicle checkout, the wait can be up to 20min (based on multiple rentals per year at this Hertz location). Improve this checkout & its 5 stars

Booked a car almost 2 weeks ago and when I reached there, they told me that they are out of cars and there is a minimum 3 hour wait period.First of all what is the point of booking in advance if I would still need to be on a wait period.Secondly, I waited overnight to receive a call for them to get a car, and never received any call from them or any update. I had to book multiple cab rides and then book a car from Turo as I was travelling to Arizona. This increased my travel expenses by almost twice. They should reimburse the differnce.I also tried to call and email but got no response.Bunch of scammers.

I booked a rental for a midsize suv or similar and they try to pull a fast one by confirming a confirmation to a small car I never agreed to or gave permission for, while charging me more for it? I cant even get in contact with them, as their phone is of course disconnected all the time. This is shameless and near fraudulent. Should do an investigation into their practices.

Very busy location. Took us 35-40 min to receive vehicle. Was told our vehicle was coming then later they had to give us something different. The price I picked on their website was completely off. I had to pay more once I got there. Way more.

Absolutely the worst experience here especially with the Manager in the picture who was condescending and after I asked for his name he said I should be upset with the manager from a different hertz location who had sent me there. Then after I took his picture he got up threatened and acted like he was gonna attack me or physically throw me out. I told him I was recording and he stopped rushing towards me and started speaking politely and respectfully I told him to keep acting the way he was acting and he just sat back down and kept saying please leave. Before this my wife and I were waiting for over an hour in the vehicle after I asked the return guy 3 times where’s my exchange vehicle he kept replying I don’t know so I went inside to talk to the manager who immediately told me to go back and talk to the return vehicle guy I informed the manager that I had been there for over an hour and that my wife had just got of surgery and he kept asking where I’ve been waiting making me repeatedly point to the car where my wife was and he was smile asking where over and over again and not even bothering to look. I also have the video of this man coming at me aggressively and will be posting it on social media

The customer service rep in Vegas airport that completed our rental was over the top rude and threatening. He was an older white male working with two females. He walked around the counter and stepped into my daughter’s face as if he was going to fight her. Threatened to cancel our rental because we were upset over the amount of money we had to pay to get the car after we had prepaid for the car rental. We were not expecting to have to pay another $300 deposit on top of the prepaid amount. We paid it and wanted to be on our way but he continued to talk about us as we were leaving. The customer behind us even asked him to not talk about us as we were leaving. He refused to give his name as did his female coworkers. He was completely obnoxious and has no business working with the public. Because of this event and no effort from the Hertz company to apologize, I will forever tell of the horrible service Hertz gives its clients and will rent from other rental companies

The Las Vegas Airport location is consistently understaffed during peek hours. Waited 1 hour between the line to pick up a prepaid car and the garage. Came within 4 minutes of making a very important meeting. Disappointing for Hertz.

I spent exactly 1 hour waiting for the car to be delivered; In the end, they didn't give me the car model I booked and paid for.I had made the payment for the reservation through SGRentals (in Brazil in cash), on the day I returned the car, HERTZ launched a new double charge. Now I'm having a lot of difficulty resolving this double billing with my credit card ADM.I feel deceived and still have a big problem to solve without any support from HERTZ.

Robert provided us with a car super fast and a fair price and kinda saved our US holiday. The other Hertz location up north unfortunately completely screwed us over, we showed up at pick up time, Location was closed, car was gone next day.
