They have two lines for waiting at this office - one is for Hertz and they say the other one is for Uber, but it is actually a VIP line for blacks. I saw how they were letting all the black customers cut in line via the "Uber" line and the other customers had to wait 20 minutes. Once it is was our turn they did not even help us appropriately, had to dispute the charges with the bank instead.Avoid Hertz if you dont like racial discrimination!

Absolutely horrendous experience here, and I will never be renting with Hertz again.Showed up for a rental that I had booked days before. I was told they didn’t have the car available, and would be charging me for an upgrade. My email from Hertz specifically states, “In the event that a car in the reserved car class is not available at the time of rent, Hertz will attempt to provide you with a vehicle from a ’higher’ vehicle car class from that which was reserved for no extra charge.” They tried to charge me $50 for an upgrade.I agreed to be charged for an upgrade, but he looked at my Visa cards and wanted a “credit” card. One of them is a credit card!The representative we dealt with was so rude and unhelpful, I honestly couldn’t believe it. Horrendous customer service.When I asked for a refund, he tossed me a Hertz brochure and said to call customer service. I wasted 20 minutes on the phone, waiting in the sun, to finally get a refund issued in 7-10 business days. Really???We paid for an Uber to get there, and had to pay for an Uber back.Please do not waste your time with this scam company. It almost ruined our entire trip, as we were planning to head to the Grand Canyon. We flew all the way from Australia to see the Grand Canyon, and booked with a company that seemed reputable. We missed it because of your staff’s incompetence, their inability to abide by Hertz’s policies (upgrade at no charge), and the company’s lack of professionalism.If you are reading this, do not (attempt to) rent with this company.

After having status with Hertz, I told them I just needed transport after having a reservation. They told me they only had SUVs available. They tried to charge me more because they don't have my reservation. Talk about a scam. Don't advertise low prices and have us reserve them when it's impossible to get what you advertise.

I had a great experience at this hertz. Contrary to the reviews I was in and out within 10 mns on pickup and dropoff. Marlin was really nice and made this a super easy process. Apparently the reviews stem from the hertz Uber side of this location where a lot of drivers attempt to come rent a car to do Uber in but there isn’t always a car available. The normal hertz side of this location was a smooth, quick and easy process. Will definitely rent from this location again when I’m in Vegas.

This location also rents for Uber and Lyft drivers that’s why pretty busy. I rented for 2 days. After entering the office I went directly to counter which has a Hertz sign and I met with Marlin. He is the best car rental agency I have ever met. He was so polite, professional and helpful. I got my car with no problem at all. My drop off was Saturday and again Marlin was there. I can not thank enough him for a great experience. I definitely come back if my agent will be Marlin. Thank you so much

Would rate 1 star but the tall gentleman in the front who helped me out was really nice and helpfulHertz really ruined my experience of wanting to rent a Tesla. I specifically wanted that car and got all kinds of emails to excite me only to tell me they don’t have the car for me. It was a let down. I don’t think I can bring business anymore from USAA to Hertz I’ll just go with another company

This location sucks. I came here to pick up a car. They say we don’t give the same day Cars , I called customer service are play phone tag left and right I don’t know how these people are in the service I guess for desperate people that need the car. Otherwise, as far as the experience of treating you with respect and your most valuable time that you never get it back they don’t care because they get a paycheckI did request that they actually should become more available and treat people with their time with respect like every time matters you matter . if you’re someone that like to be treated with respect and that you value your time don’t bother coming here I barely write reviews ever but I had to say something .

This place is horrible to deal with. I scheduled an appointment for 11am on a Wednesday. After hours of waiting past my time, they finally text me that I'm next in queue, then make me wait another hour. Then when I'm up, they don't have the car available I asked for, hours prior. Then I take what they have available, then make me wait another hour. Up to this point, they've communicated through text the entire time, yet don't text me, when they call my name in the lobby( I was waiting outside in the parking lot, because I cant wait for 4 hours in a crammed lobby). Then text me that I wasn't present when they called my name. So I walk in, and only one person is working the desk @ a time, and even then they're hardly present @ their work desk. Just absolutely horrible consideration for their customers. All day, trying to get a rental, and still nothing at the time of typing this. I wish I could give no stars

Hertz Circa location had no available cars, although I had a reservation confirmation from days before. Next day, went to Rancho HLE location and again no cars available. Extremely busy and people were waiting for hours but thankfully Marlon found one! Great staff, everyone was so patient and kind

The employee that checked me out was very nice, but the overall experience of giving them free gas is incredibly annoying. They gave me the car with about 30% fuel so when I tried to match that, the initial gas I put in didn't register until it was over what I needed to put in. That is a great was to legalize theft. If I bring back the car with less fuel they charge me 2 times the original cost or whatever it is, but if I give them a free gas which I did here, I get zero refund. Why don't you just fill up your cars so the customer doesn't get screwed like I did?

Literally such a waste of timeThough we booked online they didnt gave us the car saying they dont have any cars available after waiting for a whole day at their centre .If they dont have cars ,then they shouldnot be confirming the order,blocked our money.Uber rentals staff -3,personal rentals-only 1staff working .most hurtful thing is whoseover comes after us they get the car not sure how thats happening if we ask no answer from staff,whoseover waiting even before we come they dont get tooour complete day was blocked without enjoying the trip
