Our visit with Hertz was pleasant from start to finish. Klaire the manager trainee was very professional, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We will be going back for these reasons.

Overall, it was much quicker and easier than expected to pick up the vehicle. Enterprise generally takes longer, in my experience. The sedan I selected wasn't available but I was very happy with the Jeep Compass, with had low mileage, as the other option.
