I rented a car for a weekend trip in May, the desk agent who assisted me was Kenyon, and I just wanted to say that we was awesome! He has the best customer service And deserves a damn raise!

They did not have the vehicle type I rented online and they wanted to charge me an additional $20 per day to upgrade. I declined the reservation. I have never been asked to pay an additional charge for a vehicle because they could not provide what I rented.
