They were very friendly and made me and my sisters feel like we were at home. I came in to get some phones for my sisters because my dad changed his plan, and Lexx helped us by figuring out if I added my little sister on my plan I could get her a free iPhone 14 with my plan instead of the A15 my dads plan would’ve fave her. “Purchased a new cell phone online and I could not get sim card to work (sim card works in existing phone). Jonathan helped me. He tried my sim card, no luck. Tried a new sim card, no luck. Tried e-sim, no luck. Determined phone is unlocked. Decided I have a defective phone and I need to return it. Jonathan is very personable and spent a lot of time trying to resolve my problem. If I need assistance with my T-Mobile phone I will go back to this store.”

“Service was frustrating living on the strip, but now that i am in a house away from the strip i haven't had any connection issues ..i had an extra coax added and the guy made a heck of a mess and did a rushed low quality job but I'll fix the outlet myself. No worries. I raised my score from a 2 to a 4 because I haven't lost service in 2 months.it was an almost nightly thing to lise service living downtown las vegas.”
