“This Cricket store is the friendliest and most helpful Cricket outlet I have ever experienced! Over the course of a week, we had to replace my wife's phone then, my phone. Both Flor and Roland went out of their way to provide service I thought had vanished. They took their time, assisted us with our concerns and found the best phone(s) to fit our needs. My wife even visited a few times after the sale for help with her phone. Flor and Roland straightened out her concerns every time with care and professionalism. No hard sell. No attitude issues toward older people. They answered our questions with clarity, honesty and a friendly demeanor. Unfortunately, I am never going to return to Las Vegas. I wish I could find another Cricket store as wonderful as this location. But, if you are in Las Vegas and you need help with your phone, Flor and Roland will help and go the extra mile to meet or exceed your needs...!”

“This is my second time buying a phone case from here, I’ve bought charging phone cases from several other places, but none have matched the quality of the case I received from here. It is durable and well-made, fits my phone securely, and the charging performance has been reliable exactly what I was looking for. Especially when I travel!! What really stood out, though, was the customer service. They were unbelievably helpful, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. Great product backed by even better service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality charging phone case.”

“I had a damaged mixer that I needed repaired and Neon got it fixed up. My only complaint was the nearly three months it took from shipping it out to receiving it back. Understandable when they are in high demand but still knocks a star off, otherwise it was great to get my mixer back in perfect shape.”

3185 S Highland Dr #10, Las Vegas NV 89109
“They seem to be the last real electrical components store left in the valley. I really cannot believe that in this age of electronics technology, most stores catering to the industry have gone away. Every time I go into Kiesub, they are always helpful with solving my needs. I really hope they get enough business and keep offering us a local source for electrical repair parts, tools, and supplies. Every other source seems to have gone online, which can often be frustrating ordering a part based off of a poor description, or a misleading photo. Chinese companies have a habit of making photos of items with no frame of reference for size. Then the part is too cheap, or shipping is too expensive to want to go through the agonizing return process. So we need to keep these local shops alive. They save us from flushing money down the toilet right to China. Yep, its a rant. Eat it. -Murica.”

“I want to give a huge thank-you to the employee who helped my partner at this location. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but I hope management can identify her because she absolutely deserves recognition. I was in Dayton, Ohio, dealing with what had turned into a complete nightmare trying to activate my new iPhone. My old phone had already been erased and traded in, the new phone wasn’t properly connected to my number, and because my phone also serves as my car key, I had actually ended up stranded without access to my vehicle. My partner, who is the primary account holder, happened to be in Las Vegas for work. The T-Mobile store in Ohio needed his involvement, so he took time off work and went to this Las Vegas location while I remained at a T-Mobile store in Ohio. The employee who helped him was fantastic. She spent roughly two hours working through the issue, coordinating with us while we were literally in two different T-Mobile stores across the country from each other. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to figuring out what had gone wrong and getting my phone working. After several incredibly frustrating hours, she finally got everything straightened out. She didn’t treat us like an inconvenience or try to pass the problem off to someone else (such as the Apple employee here in Dayton, who told me my only solution was to walk 2 miles to T-Mobile during rush hour). She took ownership of the situation, stayed with it, and worked through it until there was a solution. After the experience I had earlier that day, that level of customer service meant a lot. She was helping someone approximately 2,000 miles away whom she never even met in person, yet she showed me more patience and concern than I had received locally. Please figure out who this employee was and recognize her for the outstanding job she did. She turned an absolutely miserable experience into one that ended on a genuinely positive note. Thank you from Ohio. You saved my evening and rescued my brand-new iPhone from becoming a very expensive brick.”

“Came to pick up my new phone because of issues I had with a phone I originally purchased. This store would have received 5 Stars because of my interaction with Riyu (he was working only for the day to help out and works at the Maryland store.) I originally came to pick up my new phone. The guy who originally helped me asked if it was a new phone and I said yes. At the end, there was confusion as to what was happening. Apparently, I was not getting a new phone even though I was there to pick up a new phone that was mailed there for me to pick up. I was getting an insurance phone that is still under warranty. ? Okay, how was I supposed to know the verbiage they use. Like I told the guy, I was there to pick up a new phone because the phone I bought was acting up and I was getting dropped calls and my phone started to flicker. At the end, we figured it out and he said my phone was there. I was told that I could not take the new phone and do the transfer on my own like I did when I purchased my phone weeks prior. Fast forward, I returned the next day when I had more time and Riyu helped me. Riyu was awesome. He spoke to me clearly on what was going to happen and we did small talk too. He made my exchange smooth. Overall, I'd return to any TMobile store wherever Riyu is working and would recommend asking for him. Everyone is always looking for a phone service so that sells for itself but having a good sales associate is the cherry on top. Thanks Riyu!”
