You force people to go downstairs to return items and then don't have your returns properly staffed by allowing customers to do 8 separate transactions. They took 25 minutes to process one return when I could have done this in 2 minutes upstairs. Not respecting customers time is the WORSE thing you can do and will ALWAYS get you a one star.

It has a variety of clothing, although they don't usually have many discounts, only in areas where the quality of clothing is not very good.

I was very disappointed in JCPenney‘s and here’s why when I’m in the United States and in America as an American, I speak English, so why is it when I go to JCPenney its like i stepped into Mexico. If i want Spanish music, i’ll go to Mexico. I don't want to walk into an all American store like JC Penneys and hear music in Spanish, but then have to pay American prices.

I love the store, but was completely turned off watching an elder associate climb a ladder to retrieve my pick up order. Honestly, I don't know who's nerves were worse mine or hers about the climbing of the ladder. The ladder stood maybe no more than 7ft tall and look like it shouldn't be used to take down orders especially for an elder. In this manner more consideration should be taken towards the employees and their safety. JCP please do better! Thank you! - A concerned customer.

JC Penny sucks. Don’t use them for photography. I booked an appointment for my family of 10. I called and spoke to someone to book the appointment because I have multiple military family members who live out of country. The day before our confirmed appointment they cancelled our session because they overbooked. I will never shop or use JC Penny again. They are unprofessional and unreliable. #banjcpenny

Department store, many varieties for all tastes, I was looking for some toys for my grandchildren and they were not in the store, on the Internet they suggest you go to the store but it was false, what I was looking for was not there. I ended up buying it on Amazon.

Staff had a bad attitude. Talked to 3 different people and all were very dismissive, did not want to help me or walk with me to the area I was shopping. I'm very disappointed that these ladies had an empty store and wanted to do nothing for the only customer needing help.
