“Well, when I gave five stars, I was referring to the store overall, and especially to one employee who works at night, the slim guy named Andrew.
But don’t go there during the day, because there’s a woman with light-colored eyes who is extremely arrogant. She treats people badly and yells at customers, it happened to me.
I don’t know what her problem is or why she’s so angry all the time. If I were the owner of that place, I would have fired her a long time ago. She’s incredibly rude to customers.
So I’m leaving this review out of frustration, and I hope that if she happens to read this, she learns to be a little kinder and more patient with people.”
“Great Liquor store. Nice selection of local craft beers available, and a pretty decent Humidor with well taken care of cigars. Employees were always friendly when I came through and after like my 3rd stop they remembered. I might have smoke too many cigars lol.”

“Wonderful store, friendly staff… They have just about everything you could ever want in terms of beer, wine or alcohol! What you might not know is that they also have a very nice room in the back that you can reserve for events. We had an event for our clients. They provide a free wine tasting for up to 20 people. I highly recommend using the space if you need to gather a group of people for business or pleasure!”

“I drank all of my landlords booze, and had to replace it. There was some weird stuff in his kitchen, but Total Wine had everything to make it as though nothing ever happened. Helpful staff too.”
“My buddy gave me a Kegerator for my birthday. But I need to find a place that sold the CO2 tanks and know how to service them. As I called and went around to the usual suspects. Liquor stores supermarkets none of them did it. My buddy Norm found Homebrews here in Las Vegas and the owner. Steve answered the phone and I found him very knowledgeable about what I needed. He had the CO2 tanks and went to his place. He has supplies for making homemade wine and homemade beer and parts for kegerator. Steve was very knowledgeable about what I had and what I needed. When I got home, I put everything together and found out this kegerator had other problems. Steve answered the phone. He walked me through a bunch of try to fixes, but it turned out that I need some new parts went back over. He was really helpful on everything but he was missing one or two parts that he had to order. And it will be up and running next week.
You can tell Steve has a passion about what he does, very helpful great guy and I will definitely be doing more business with him and absolutely recommend him to anybody who’s doing these things.”

There several liquor stores in the neighborhood but this one is good, I'm here everyday and I give 5 stars to this store very nice store and customer service 07/16 2025 back in store love them best of times excellent service there great and awesome awesome”
“I went here looking for wine and a certain beer for my grandma, I found her boxed wine but I couldn't fine the beer and when they asked me if I found everything I was looking for I told them I couldn't find the beer they guy looked in the system and went into the back and they had it in stalk and I was so grateful they went above and beyond instead of just not doing anything, they have great customers service..”
“Has almost everything, and prices aren't bad. Only thing I can say is to check the date on beer that you buy. Some beers I noticed expire in less than month's.”

“I come occassionly no issues however the only thing i dislike is the no tap option when paying. Today my card kept declining for some odd reason and it was embarrassing bc she kept telling me what to push smh i had to call and unlock my card in order to complete purchase smh”
