Metro by T-Mobile provides helpful and outstanding customer service from its associates. The store design is noted as better quality than similar small shops. While service is generally fine, there have been instances of customers being signed up for unrequested services like long-distance calling. The location on Sahara and Maryland receives specific positive mention for its awesome and very helpful staff.
