So I went to this address and the store isn't even here anymore. This is just sad there has no update to let other people know. Now I wasted my entire break for nothing and still got no help. Maybe I should switch phone service since I've had nothing but issues with Metro

Sal and the team manager I really helpful I'm an old man is not a computer savvy they always just so glad to help me and the smallest of favors never have a problem they get 10 out of 10 Stars always friendly I've been a MetroPCS Customer for over 13 years tried going to T-Mobile the deals weren't as good as they said they were so I'm staying with Metro PCS thank you very much Tony Quintanilla

Arriving at Metro at 5:45 pm doors are lock no ones in sight they dont close until 7pm. Seen a rep in the back she just looks at you without stating why they are closed so early on Tuesday..BAD SERVICE

MetroPCS has been throttling my data for months. This service is trash now, my Hotspot will be 30 mpbs one second and 2 seconds later less than 1 mpbs. 5g is a Lie.

Horrible company. If you have an issue from a metro pcs store, they hide from the issue and claim that the stores are independent. A great excuse to hide from dealing with any problem not convenient for them.At first, they were cheap, so you get what you pay for, however now they're are several cheaper and better options.Also, customer service agents sound like parrots, repeating the same over and over, ignoring all common sense and logic.. what they do excell at are only good at "milking" the length of call!

Amazing customer service so I had planned to go to a different carrier actually for a better price but you get what you pay for. But days after getting it set up it still was not working so I went to Metro just to see it was on their end it was not yet they were more than happy to see what they could do long story short I am sticking with Metro for their willing spirit to help even though I was planning on moving to another carrier. They could have said that's not my job but they didn't they helped me with a great attitude I learned my lesson a perfect example of a great staff. Thank you

Metro es lo peor que puedes elegir ledi una Estrella porque no pude dar sero el 30 de diciembre 2021 Llame porque tenia problemas con el celular y les Llama porque tenia aseguransa y dure dos horas y no pudieron ayudarme o mas bien no me quisieron ayudar fui ala tienda de Decatur y Sahara y me dieron un Folleto para que llamara y Llama y dijieron que no tenia aseguransa Llama a metro y me dijieron que si tenia y me transfirieron otra vez al mismo lugar q habia llamado y asi me transfirieron de un lugar a otro y nunca m ayudaron son un completo fraude cuando Llama me daban numeros que ya estaban Asta desconectados .no les recomiendo metro y mucho menos su aseguransa basura que cuando te la venden te prometen q no pagaras nada cuando la necesites y ni siquira t pueden ayudar son un fraude completo
