Very bad experience in that store. I went for a cell phone I paid more than twice as much as in other stores for the same phone equipment, they tell you that they give you the accessories that is false in reality they charge you extra for them or I don't know what kind of scam they do.

This location is SUPER SHADY!! Went to add a line and the employee started the process and 20min in decided to tell me their credit card machine is down and they only take cash. I said ok well I’ll go to another location and he said all the locations are experiencing the same problem. Ok so I called my husband to bring me cash and then the employee said it would be $99 cash to add the line and then my bill for the 2 lines would go up from $65 to $135 for 2 lines. Umm what?! No. This is metro pcs. The more lines you add, the less money you pay. So, I said nope and went to my tried and trusted metro pcs store in Buffalo and Vegas Dr. and was in and out in less than 10min and it only cost me $64. My new bill will be $87 for 2 lines. Exactly!! Nice try with the Cash Only scam. That was a lie..all the other Metro pcs stores weren’t having ANY issues with their card readers. Please be careful!!

I was very dissapointed showing up at the store. Got there about 15 mnts b4 closing. I thought they close at 8 p.m??? False advertisement. Like come on there was 2 workers & why couldnt they ask what do you need?

On September 18th
between 3:00 and 3:30
I came to the metro store on Torrey pines and Charleston and bought a phone,
I've been a with Metro PCs for years,
I asked him if I could keep my same phone number and he told me I had to come back in three months to get my old number back which is a lie I went to another metro and they informed me that that guy was lying so I came back I was very heart broken by the way.. my family's photos that have passed were link to that number which is the email as well I went in today and thean working there help me recover all that he also asked if it was a upgrade or new number which I asked a upgrade.is with the same right?he said yes and.i said well the guy said I haf to get a new number he didn't really answer my question directly but he recovered everything and thanks to him I think his namee was angelio or angel but thank u but the other guy scammed me and I'm not happy with that 😢

Do not go there, very unprofessional, making non english speaken people go through a nightmare, they promised a regular price if they come back before the next bill and when customers showed up realized their plans vary every month from 60 to more than 100 per line, especially Angel, who stated to one of my relatives that nothing is going to happen to him when we ask for a supervisor
