Metro by T-Mobile provides awesome and professional service. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and goes above and beyond to answer questions and solve problems. They are very nice, provide great customer service, and help customers save money. The team is very informative and ensures people leave happy. This location is highly recommended and is definitely the place to go for MetroPCS customers.

I went to the store at Boulder Hwy & Flamingo. I paid my bill in cash but the next day I was reminded my balance was due. My account had not been credited and I had no receipt.i just left the store and the attendant was EXCELLENT. He fixed the issue with a smile and heart felt apology!
