“I’ve been meaning to write this review to thank this store and more specifically , Jovaine for providing such amazing customer service. After an absolutely awful experience at another location, which I learned later was not a corporate location like this one was, it was so nice to be treated like a human being. Joviane made me feel welcome and provided above and beyond customer service to help me with what I went in for. Going forward this will be the location we return to for all our cell phone needs. “My name is Connie Morrison. I am using my friends ' phone to post my gratitude for the help I received yesterday from Richard. He helped me with a new phone charger and a new charger for my Apple watch. I also purchased a new tablet and he was very helpful in walking me through the instructions.
Unfortunately neither of my chargers were working correctly so I returned to the same store this afternoon. I wasn't able to speak with Richard today, however, I was introduced to Matthew James and he took care of everything I needed and took the time to explain my new chargers. He made sure these were working before I left the store. I also purchased a cover for the new tablet and once again he walked me through the instructions and showed me all the nice features.
I was in a rush yesterday so I didn't really give Richard enough time to explain things. I am extremely impressed with both young men and I hope you are proud of the great job they both do. I can tell they are happy employees. Thank you”

“10/10. My iPhone 13 was really messed up and needed the battery and whole back replaced. He quoted me 240 but after looking at it he let me know that there was a software issue too so instead of just fixing what I wanted and having me go home and realize it wasn’t all the way fixed, he was straight up with me. He made sure I didn’t spend unnecessary money & didn’t take advantage. I decided to come back a couple hours later to replace my screen on my old iPhone SE and it was 80$ and done in literally 10 MINUTES! Quick, cheap, and friendly service”
