“Huge shoutout to Gus at Verizon on Windmill & Eastern. We walked in with approximately 47,000 questions, zero clue what we were doing, and enough confusion to power the lights on the strip. Gus was unbelievably patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful through the entire process.
Not only did he answer every single question without making us feel annoying (which honestly deserves an award), but he also helped us get a fantastic deal. He made the whole experience easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable, which is not a sentence I ever thought I’d say about sorting out phone plans.
If you go to Verizon, ask for Gus. Your blood pressure will thank you.”
