My mom and I went formal dress shopping and were helped by Kristine Rees this morning in Fine Apparel. She was so incredibly helpful at finding dresses that looked perfect for the occasions we were shopping for and has a great eye. Thank you so much Kristine, you are fantastic!

My wife had to return items that were purchased and didn’t fit. The sales associate didn’t want to do the return and she took a marker out and wrote “final sale” at the top of the receipt. (Item was not final sale).I had to get a manager involved and she tried to lie to her manager that the “final sale” she just wrote on the receipt was already there.I told the manager that they can pull the security camera video to see who’s telling the truth. The manager did the return. As far as I know that lying sales associate still works there. So be careful and keep your receipts.Be careful with online orders too. Various items had arrived in the mail damaged and dirty. It’s like they repackaged merchandise that was used and abused before mailing it. So we returned the items because of how bad their condition was when they arrived.Photograph and video record everything when opening online orders. Keep the proof.It’s truly disappointing how a store like Neiman Marcus sends such poor quality items through online sales.That and considering the behavior of the sales associate at this location. We’re happy to shop somewhere else.

Middle of the day. Closed. No sign or any explanation. Seems like maybe stores in this part of the mall are out of business. Should really have signage, so shoppers know what is going on and whether we should ever come back. Pretty big anchor to just close during business hours without even a note on the steel gate.

In August of this year, I visited Las Vegas and went to this store in search of a specific perfume. The store did not have it in stock, just as a sample. I decided to order it online when I got home, but the very kind lady told me that she I could do it, in short the purchase worth $565.00 never reached my hands, for three months I was calling the store and when I told the reason for my call they put me on hold and hung up the phone, terrible attention from the management, I still have not recovered the money or the perfumes, horrible experience,

It is a department store that requires relatively good design and product display. It has a large proportion of high-priced products, and the service staff has a good attitude and will take the initiative to greet you. There are relatively few people shopping, but the spacious and bright space makes people feel happy and comfortable. Casual shopping experience!

Hands down the worst experience ever, whoever the manager named Ellen is there, needs to be fired. She’s hands down the worst manger I’ve had to deal with or witness, it was so unprofessional hearing her talk about employees pay grades in front of others. Not to mention she was very weird and rude to my friend when we were trying to purchase a handbag, thank god for the one SA who was actually helpful I believe her name was Christina/Kristina? When I’m shopping I shouldn’t have to hear about drama in the middle of the Chanel store nor should this manager be such a massive detriment to my experience there. The manager Ellen needs to go back to wherever she came from because I don’t ever remember her working there a year ago, so she must be a new hire; wherever you guys hired her SEND HER BACK. She’s giving Neiman Marcus in Las Vegas such a bad reputation; I had to talk my friend out of filing a complain against this Ellen woman for poor business practices. This is Neiman Marcus there should be a higher standard, not whatever Neiman Marcus has turned into… the standards have gone down significantly. I shouldn’t have to explain something repeatedly to a manger who should know better, it’s sad when I know the standards of Neiman Marcus better than their own manager; what a massive walking liability.

I can not comment on the store as a whole as me and my gf only came to the perfume department. We had a wonderful experience with Ray the perfume expert today. He helped us sample fragrances that was niche based on my gf’s preferences. We do not have these option here in Canada so it was nice that he gave us some neat history of the brand and perfumer. Thanks Ray!

Id like to return the perfume i bought, im sure i got the counterfeit product and they said, they cannot accept the return since i already used the product! Yes i did twice! How can i know if i get the real or the fake one if i did not try it on? And if i ever get the real one why bothered trying to return it? The want to give me a 15$ dissatisfaction discount for 500 i paid for the product that its fake?? I really want to return it! Or they have to send me the real one.!
