After trying out several propane companies here in Las Vegas, I can honestly say that these guys have been a game changer. The service they provide is top-notch, and they actually show up on the day they say they are. Unfortunately, I have learned the hard way with other companies they will just do a no call no show, no idea they aren't coming until they just don't show up. Unacceptable. No more guessing when your delivery is coming, which has been a huge relief.

But what really sets them apart is their communication. Fred, in particular, is awesome. No matter the time of day or night, he’s always quick to respond to any questions or issues I might have. “This is the go to place for moving truck rentals. We were helped by Rudolph who set us up with the rental truck and was also the one who took care of us when we returned the vehicle. Rudolph was super knowledgeable and helpful. The truck was clean with a good air conditioner in the cab. This location is easy to get to and has plenty of parking.”

I came during a medical emergency and instead of being rude or giving me a hard time, they gave me grace and expressed their concern for my wellbeing. Even so much as to consult with a paramedics team just in case I wanted to be rushed to the hospital.

“Everyone was very nice but you can tell they are under staffed. Long lines and very little help outside. It’s not their fault, they are doing a great job prioritizing with what they have. Give them a raise!”

“For $1 to start a wash and you get over 2 minutes that's wonderful but all the vacuums don't work but most of them do to vacuum out your car the watch only takes quarters they do have a change machine too as well that you can bring dollars and they will change you out but overall no matter what's going on with the facility for the price is good that's how I look at it also it doesn't make sense how people can judge something but for $1 what you expect to get $1 soap and water that's basically what you going to get anything else is a given but at the end of the day if you get anything else it's a given for $1 so I believe it's a win for the price if you want wax and all that other stuff go find a person that will wash your car or go to a drive-thru and they don't still have all the stuff that you need as well you just think so that's my opinion”

“Nov. 2024, We moved across country to Georgia, with Ubox from here, GM Gabriel and the lady helped us a lot. Use Ubox and hire movers from here for workers. We definately recommend here!”
