Here the units require these small specialized lock devices (picture of my key presented) much safer than the standard storage unit locks. I just viewed some of the other reviews and I'm so glad to have a storage unit here. I know they are very hard to find in such a perfect centralized Las Vegas location.”

“United Van Rentals, was all what we expected. We rentedat las Vegas Office, and we can say that mr. Luciano is a superb manager. He attended all our request, van was a new Mercedes Sprinter (Very few miles) and in an excellent shape. Pick up and Drop off is really easy, and contact less. The Outside of the grounds are neat, well painted and very safe. The Sign-Up process was quick, easy and well communicated. “Storage One off of Cactus gave amazing customer service! They went above and beyond with customer service! I've been to other locations that had office hours but when you show up at 1000 it says, "will return at 1pm!"Although carts are only available during business hours, there are an ample supply of them.The facility is clean, air conditioned below 75 and well lit with motion activated lights (very helpful if you are terrible at navigating a maze!). I always know where I've been! Signage inside indicating directions their office and then another sign directing to restrooms.”

I have been with this place for almost 12 years it has gone through name changes and had a make over after make over but I must say i believe the last 6 to 8 years I believe that he has been there have been nothing but comforting. I love to hear his voice on the other end of my call knowing I'll get a friendly demenor and possible giggles as he jokes with me about giving him my funds for another 10 years to come. I live out of state but vegas will always be my second home. When the day comes where I finally get my stuff out of storage, i will feel like im losing a family member. No Im NOT PAID to write this review. I think it is absolutely Amazing that He is Still here and I can count on him to take my call and make sure my things are secure. The unit is a perfect size. They are always having specials and I havent had to worry about vandlizing or tampering (knock on wood) and his crew is just as humble as he is. Thank for being a top notch storage facility and watching over my childhood memoriez. Also thankyou for thee reliable reminders of when my paymemts are do. I will see ya again here soon sir.
