Booked online, simple process went ok. I paid for a next day move in. Get my confirmations then I notice the hours of operation. 6 am. To 6 pm. ! I'm like are you for real? All the other public storages are 6 to 9 pm so I go through the ringer on the phone trying to talk to a real person and I explain to them once I do that I need to transfer to another public storage 3:blocks down the street because I can't live with these hours. The device rep tells me not to be concerned all Public Storages are 6am to 9pm. A little sceptical I end my call with the rep and go the next day (Sunday the 22nd of Jan) and it gets worse from there. First off I get there at 4:00 pm. To unload and spend 20 mins walking around trying to find my unit. When I do find it I roll open the door to find the lick I paid for that they confirmed would be in the unit. Well it wasn't and I had to get the equipment out of my car so I haul butt get it unloaded figure I would have enough time to run to Walmart and buy a lock before they close and it's now 5:10 pm. I just unloaded over $3500.00 worth of tools and supplies into this unit. I get to the gate and it says the place is closed? It wouldn't open per the app but did open using my code. Here's the real problem they close at 5:00 pm on the weekends I just find out the hard way. This is ridiculous period fo storage hours and I'm all over the phone again wanting no needing to transfer to another location down the street that has realistic hours. I'm told that to do so I will lose the admin. Fees? This is also stupid when that fee. Was 29.00 and they didn't even do much as put the lock I paid for in the unit like their email said they did. The only reason I gave them 3:stars is because they didn't lie , yes it was a public storage alright. That's one star. Next is the place was clean, that's two stars. And the third and last star was a friggin mistake I accidently hit 3 instead of 2. Now tomorrow I'm going to complain all the way to corporate if need be requesting a transfer to another public storage. Without losing this fee. so what I really want is the owner to respond to my review in a positive timely manner telling me he is sorry for his lazy manager who can't even provide my lock and that yes these hours are ridiculous and that he will gladly grant my wish for everybody out there in review land to see. if he does he can keep the 3 rd star in my rating.

My experience was absolutely awful. I can't even begin to imagine how Public Storage runs their business this way. The set up was easy I did it online, a man called me on Sunday to confirm my move in & said okay we will see you then. Doesn't that mean that a human will see me then? Why confirm if no one is going to be there anyway? So me and a coworker, my moving truck and $150 hr moving company came with me. No one in the office so i call the # on the door, where I am told that the property manager comes back every 20 minutes. Then she tells me to go online and fill out a paper i had already filed out and that I would get a code to my email after a few minutes. It seemed to take a very long time to get that information so while i was waiting I notice a man go into the apartment connected to the office, and I ask him, hey do you work here? No I just live here, the guy that worked here quit. I don't know what they are going to do. I got a map of the place with my code. Where the heck is it written that B143 is even on the map at all? Its not. Then I needed a code that wouldn't work to get in the building, another client of PS helped me get in or else I would have wasted more time, you wasted my time and my money.

Jim was very friendly and professional. He was training a new employee what I had seen Jim is a very good trainer, he guided me to my storage unit and advised me of the public storage app. I’m very pleased with my service at public storage.

I had reserved my storage unit online. It was very easy. I received emails of confirmation I also received an email to go into the office to receive my gate code. When I got to the office a wonderful gentleman named Jim helped me out. He was training a new employee. Jim was able to quickly locate my online reservation. He showed me where to find my unit and the best place to park while unloading my truck. He also said to download the public storage app to give me access to the property from my cell phone. I was extremely pleased with my service with Jim and public storage. It took only 10 minutes from start to finish for everything with the online reservation. (Including Jim's service)

I've had a unit since 12/2022. There were billing issues the first 3 months. They finally got corrected in March. In April they sent a notice that the rate will go up in May. It was not 30 days notice as required by the contract, but I didn't dispute it thinking no big deal. What are you going to do about it? This is exactly the business model of Public Storage.I turned off auto pay just so I could change the payment card and I received a voicemail asking if I was vacating the unit so they could rent it to someone else. I found that beyond unprofessional.May 22nd I could not find my key or another item I needed so I went to the location to offer to pay to have the lock removed and replace it so I could retrieve an item. I was there during business hours, nobody there. Called multiple times, no answer. I ended up finding the key and item.July 3rd I was in the area and had the cash in my pocket to pay for July. My contract says no late fee until the 6th. I get to the location and again find nobody there. Again I call and nobody answers. July 6 I am charged a late fee. I again figure nothing I can do about it and figure I'm already paying the fee I will wait until Saturday the 15th when I can better afford it.July 14th I receive 2 phone calls from 2 different numbers trying to collect the rent. I told both I would pay the next day. Both told me they no longer staff the office without an appointment. The 2nd person told me this policy started in March. I asked when I was notified and he conceded that there was no notification. So, my several inconveniences and the late fee are the result of a policy change I was not informed of. He offered a number for customer service to request the late fee be waived but hung up on me because I said this is bs before providing the number.I searched on Google and found the customer service number. I explained the situation to customer service and requested that 1) a notice be sent telling me that the hours are now by appointment only and 2) the late fee be waived. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes before the call was sent back to the automated menu. That resulted in me leaving this review, updating the hours on Google Maps and I will be filing a detailed complaint with the Nevada Department of Business and Insurance, who regulates self storage in the state of Nevada.Edit: Within minutes of posting my review someone from the district office called me. She stated that all fees on the account must be paid before any fees can be waived. Then she disputes that I ever called from the location. While I was busy getting my Google timeline and phone records aligned to tell her which number I called that was on the door, she asked if I was a cash customer. I hung up.What exactly is a cash customer? If I have cash and I am at the location I would think cash would be accepted as legal tender "for all debts private and public." If I am not physically present it makes sense to use payment methods both parties have agreed to utilize. At the end of the day, public storage has absolutely horrible service by design because, what are you going to do about it? The district office representative does not dispute anything I have said. I do plan to file a complaint with the state and watch for any city council or county approvals they need so I can file objections and appear in opposition. Public Storage won't settle for just having bad practices, they have chosen to call three times in one day to harass me and me retaliate for providing true information in a review.

Wish I could give ZERO!!!! Elevators are always broken. Insulation is hanging from the ceiling. Gate closes at 6pm. Nobody is ever in the office!! Lack of communication is awful. They can get on the phone to request payment but not resolve issues. I put in online to move out on the 16th of this month and expected to pay from the 1st to the 16th and they lady said I had to pay for the entire month even though I wasn't utilizing the unit for the entire month. They revoked my access on like the 15th so I couldn't even move out. My stuff is sitting in the storage and now they put a lien on my unit. I have left messages and nobody has called me back. This storage place is the WORST ever!!!! GOOGLE GIVE US THE OPTION TO CHOSE ZERO OR EVEN NEGATIVE NUMBERS. This location deserves a negative 10!!!!

Making the reservation was really simple and discounted because I paid online! They texted me the gate code and directions for opening my unit. I brought my own lock but they provide a lock if you don't have one. The only downside is that the units are not in order numerically, so you have to look around a bit. I think they order them by size, not number, which can be confusing. They had a nice sized dolly, free to use and an elevator. It seemed clean enough. I got a small unit for just a few things. This place was perfect.

Wish I could give zero stars. This might be THE worst storage facility in all of Las Vegas. There is RARELY any employees available, they have ONE CART for the entire place and only one of two elevators works. Cecil is nice and tries hard, but the rest who work here are WORTHLESS. All of other customers I spoke with HATE this place. Trying to get anyone to return a call or get them to come down to DO THEIR JOB is next to impossible. BEWARE if you rent a unit here or win an auction YOU WILL BE SORRY. I will NEVER do business with this clown show circus again.

Really not pleased with service. Lack of communication, charged unfairly based off of verbal communication. Poor service. Poor follow up. Only one elevator works (sometimes) otherwise you are unable to access the 2nd floor. Would recommend looking elsewhere.
