Rent-A-Center provides appliance and electronic rent-to-own services. Associates are described as amazing, professional, friendly, patient, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The overall experience is often great and outstanding. Staff assists in finding items from other locations if needed. The approval process is easy, and delivery teams are prompt and careful, bringing items upstairs and assembling them. However, some customers report a long wait for delivery and express disappointment with that delay. The store experience itself is noted to go well with very nice staff.
Katt was amazing! She was always a pleasure to interact with because she maintained professionalism, and was friendly and patient with me during the entire process. I strongly recommend this location for all of your appliance and electronic rent-to-own needs! :)

I walked into the store just to see if I would like anything. I ended up looking a power recliner for my elderly mother. They didn’t have any power chairs at their location.
