“Bruce and his team did an AMAZING job on our backyard remodel. We couldn't be happier. This was a very difficult project. No matter what challenges popped up (and you know they will), Bruce always had a solution and to put us at ease. In addition to the BBQ kitchen structure that he and his team built and installed without any issue, we also purchased all of our outdoor appliances and bar stools from Bruce. Top notch quality!! Bruce is definitely a team player, he even met with our other vendors to confirm the lines of communication were open and make sure it was a successful installation. Garden center outside has a large variety of plants, watering and irrigation supplies, and stepping stones.
The insect control store section carries many products to fit your needs. I even bought mosquito bug zappers here that actually help to control mosquitoes. I suggest adding the oxtenol attractant bait capsules to the zappers and changing them every summer month. These help attract mosquitoes more
The window treatment store section has only cordless horizontal blinds due to safety.
The brand they have has failed us several times due to poor automatic mechanism. I don't recommend this brand of blinds.
The hand tool section has quality brands. I have purchased good drill bits, wrenches, saws, screwdriver sets, and other well-made tools.
The sprinkler irrigation section has everything I ever needed. Pvc and cpvc pipes, pipe solvents, fittings, and valves.
The door lockset hardware section is huge. Also, with a large variety of electronic door locks. This store is highly recommended.”

“They had pretty close to what I needed, was still able to complete my install at home. Super clean! Four stars because I was asked, no joke, like 10 or 12 times if I needed help in the 25 minutes I was in there. Multiple times by the same employees. No shade at the employees, they were doing their job and were all very friendly! But management needs to cool down with telling every employee to check on every customer at every turn. Felt like I was being watched or hounded a little bit. Again, they employees were all very nice and respectful when I said I was okay, but it was borderline frustrating. I probably would've stayed a little longer but I didn't want to be approached again - I was just trying to browse.”

My wife went to this location yesterday with a list of items for a full computer setup, with monitor, mouse, keyboard and other accessories. Her list had specific features and specifications. Bottom line: Herbert D examined her list and found everything that she wanted, and also helped her understand more options for her setup. Herbert D was phenomenal. He explained everything very clearly and with the utmost professionalism. We purchased everything and left with complete satisfaction. If I were advising the general manager of this store I would make sure that they never lose Herbert D. He is a true “keeper” and in my opinion will likely become more and more successful in his career. Thank you again, Herbert D, and best wishes for a great career. 👍”

“Paul is a complete treasure. He knows his trade, has integrity, and went above and beyond with his customer service. We were looking for a place to take our Rocket machine to get repaired. We had tried reaching several other places over the last few weeks, and got no where. I called Espresso World and left a message. Five minutes later Paul called back, sent me a link to set an appointment, then sent a confirmation and a map so I could find the place. My Mom dropped the machine off and two days later Paul sent a text saying it was ready for pick-up. I missed the text. Paul called and let me know it was ready. He asked me what time I wanted to pick-up the machine. Because I just had surgery my mom needed to pick it up, and so I had to text him back with the time rather than tell him a time right away. He was very understanding and after I gave him a time confirmed he would be there. At pick-up he explained things, and was super kind. He also loaded the machine into the vehicle. He took the time to run over the best practices to keep the machine in the best running order. His prices were really reasonable. Paul is the total package (see above where I also called him a treasure). I highly recommend him and Espresso World and will be returning to him after I convince my work that an Espresso machine will boost morale and productivity at work.”

“There's a few employees who need recognition! First, Jesse in the electrical dept was so helpful! He is so genuine when he helps customers. He actually asks them specific questions to ensure he understands people's concerns. Then Eric in the lumber dept truly goes out of his way. I dropped a pair of my working gloves in the store. He went out of his way, going down each aisle to help me find it. Just like many Home Depots, this location can get busy on weekends.”

We came to pick up our will-call. 5 stars for your new employee "Trey" was very helpful, courteous and service with a smile. Unlike many of your other employees. One employee had the nerve to tell us as we were entering the store. "Why are you coming in, we're closing in 10 mins" then he laughed at us. My husband was so upset. We were going to ask for the manager but Trey turned this horrible experience into a position one.”
