“Shopping with a friend for a dining room table and I saw the Clearance showroom. James (Bond) was a great sales rep and assisted my friend. I found a large living room rug that was on sale. The warehouse customer Will Call was very efficient and helpful. We prefer RC Willey over any other furniture store.”

“Restaurant supply stores are a bit of an under-the-radar secret for home kitchen supplies. I bought a pot and pan here for my home kitchen, better quality and price than anywhere I could find online or in the local big box stores. The checkout staff was friendly too. Easily worth the drive out from Henderson. If I have any more kitchen needs this is where I'll come back to.”

“Bruce and his team did an AMAZING job on our backyard remodel. We couldn't be happier. This was a very difficult project. No matter what challenges popped up (and you know they will), Bruce always had a solution and to put us at ease. In addition to the BBQ kitchen structure that he and his team built and installed without any issue, we also purchased all of our outdoor appliances and bar stools from Bruce. Top notch quality!! Bruce is definitely a team player, he even met with our other vendors to confirm the lines of communication were open and make sure it was a successful installation. The installation went smooth and we couldn't be happier. We definitely recommend Galaxy Outdoor, specifically Bruce!!”

“Most recent visit: Appears more associates are available for assistance now. UPDATE: Renee associate at self checkout helped me tremendously. Very understanding nice person that made the situation all well. Thank you Renee! OLD REVIEW: Found everything I need. And that you need, too? Garden center outside has a large variety of plants, watering and irrigation supplies, and stepping stones. The insect control store section carries many products to fit your needs. I even bought mosquito bug zappers here that actually help to control mosquitoes. I suggest adding the oxtenol attractant bait capsules to the zappers and changing them every summer month. These help attract mosquitoes more The window treatment store section has only cordless horizontal blinds due to safety. The brand they have has failed us several times due to poor automatic mechanism. I don't recommend this brand of blinds. The hand tool section has quality brands. I have purchased good drill bits, wrenches, saws, screwdriver sets, and other well-made tools. The sprinkler irrigation section has everything I ever needed. Pvc and cpvc pipes, pipe solvents, fittings, and valves. The door lockset hardware section is huge. Also, with a large variety of electronic door locks. This store is highly recommended.”

“These guys are amazing. The Espresso machine went down for the grand opening and we had to have a replacement right away. They stayed open and waited for us until very late on a Sunday night to have us up and running for Monday morning. They were so kind, gracious and helpful. The best part? The golden retriever Cooper just made the whole experience even better. Thank you so much Espresso World!”

“Very impressed! Customer service was excellent. Prompt communication. Our dryer ended up having an issue and they honored the warranty. When I went to trade in the dryer there was only one available, it was $100 less than the original purchase price and they actually reimbursed me. High integrity! Would highly recommend.”

“These days the main choices are Lowe's Home Improvement and The Home Depot. I'm a novice at repairs, but have friends that know a little more. I like the selection. I just bought a Towel Rack. I asked where I can find one. He told me where and I found them right away. Had a few choices, Clean store. If you want something big done I believe they can help with most Home Improvement jobs. Prices are good.”

“The assistance provided has been invaluable, particularly in the period leading up to Thanksgiving. We extend our sincere gratitude for ensuring our family had a functional refrigerator before the holiday. The breakdown of our previous refrigerator during the holiday season caused considerable stress, especially given the last-minute nature of the situation. We are particularly appreciative of Luis's exceptional support, which enabled us to secure a replacement refrigerator promptly. We are also grateful to Luis and the delivery personnel for their efficient service. Furthermore, we commend Xavier for his kindness, understanding, and helpfulness regarding payment arrangements. Your continued commitment to excellent work and outstanding customer service is highly valued ??.”

“Well this is the first time that I have ever felt compelled to write a review about a store or their employee. The store was very clean and wellstaffed but your employee was the reason I felt I had to write a review. She was very helpful and so kind. Her name is RAQUEL and she works in electrical. Her name is very unique and so was she. To me it seemed like she was the only person working but I'm sure that's not fair to assume that. She helped me with stuff I knew nothing about and truly seemed to love her work. It has been a very long time since I seen that and very much appreciated. Keep up the good work Raquel! 👍🏽”

“The negative reviews about this store seem to be mostly unfounded. They cannot sell HVAC parts to non-contractors. Plumbing and certain other things can be sold to public. A simple call will help determine if they have what you need. That said, I bought a water heater from this location and dealt with Izzy. He was great and got me a great deal. Quick, easy and out the door. Definitely ask for him!”

“I own a high-powered leaf blower that required maintenance and since this business was in the network for warranty repairs, I headed to this business to drop off my item on 14 Aug 2026. When I walked in, the employee working at the front counter obtained my information and I was in and out of there in less than 2 minutes. Although that employee wasn't as friendly as I would have hoped for, the transaction/process was simple and she was very efficient. On the other hand, that same employee was much friendlier on the day I picked up my item - I suppose she just had a bad day when I dropped off my item. The process took ~4 weeks to complete which was acceptable considering they were waiting for manufacturer parts (there's nothing a business can do at this point to speed up the process), but I wished it was completed in less than 2 weeks, mainly for selfish reasons because my backyard was getting filled with the neighbor's leaves and it was an eyesore. I did, however, receive a call on the morning of 8 Sep 2026 stating it was ready for pick-up, so naturally, I made the time to go pick it up. When I arrived home, I quickly went to my backyard and started leaf blowing operations. Talk about an event that put a big smile on my face...this surely made my day, with no issues with my product. The hours of operation were a little challenging because this business is only open during the times I was working. So reserving the after work dash (or the weekend) to accomplish your business here is impossible. I'm sure there's a valid reason for this - perhaps they've had low customer input and output in the past. Luckily, I was able to break free from work and pick up my item during the work week. Overall, I liked this business as depicted in my 4-star rating. It definitely wasn't a flawless experience, but there was nothing major that stood out from a negative standpoint either. Personally, I wished this business was closer to my house since I live in the far Northwest part of the city, but I also didn't have the luxury to choose my repair shop for warranty work. At the end of the day it all worked out and I now own a leaf blower that is fully functional again. Thanks, Burlap (sack) Landscape.”

“This is my first ever review, But wow I don’t think I’ve stepped into a home depot that was so clean and actually had what I needed. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted and acknowledged (which doesn’t happen often at any other home depot). And our cashier shouab was so patient and helpful with helping us scan and load drywall into our truck and didn’t look like he hated his job lol. This is my new home depot.”
