No matter what challenges popped up (and you know they will), Bruce always had a solution and to put us at ease. In addition to the BBQ kitchen structure that he and his team built and installed without any issue, we also purchased all of our outdoor appliances and bar stools from Bruce. Top notch quality!! Bruce is definitely a team player, he even met with our other vendors to confirm the lines of communication were open and make sure it was a successful installation. “There's a few employees who need recognition! First, Jesse in the electrical dept was so helpful! He is so genuine when he helps customers. He actually asks them specific questions to ensure he understands people's concerns. Then Eric in the lumber dept truly goes out of his way. I dropped a pair of my working gloves in the store. He went out of his way, going down each aisle to help me find it. Just like many Home Depots, this location can get busy on weekends.”

I had done my research on a MacBook I was looking at for DJ/Music purposes already, but I wanted to hear what he had to say. He was knowledgeable and honest. He knew all the specs on each MacBook like he worked for Apple themselves. No sales pitch, just straight to the point.
