Customer service was always friendly but internet is spotty and would lose connection minimum once a day for 30min to an hour and I didn't have a choice but to use them due to my apartment complex supplying this and no other carrier was able to connect to my apartment all in all over priced and s*** connection

RMC has been great. it's the only provider I can get in my complex, so I originally assumed it would not be great, how wrong I was! Every time I have any issue (which isn't often) I am able to promptly get ahold of someone to resolve . Which is a big deal because I work from home.
