They had really good deals and no lines . Unfortunately, the lady wasn't very knowledgeable about how I cam pull my credit card information to pay for my purchase as I didn't have my card. There is actually a scan code label on the store I found by the front door. There are decent discounts on nice brand name items.

On February 24, 2025, between approximately 5 PM and 6:30 PM, I experienced an unfortunate incident with a staff member named Irma in the fitting rooms. I was taken aback by her discourteous demeanor as she addressed each customer, insisting that all merchandise be hung up before attempting to try on any items.
Irma’s tone was notably authoritative, suggesting an inclination to issue commands rather than offer assistance. It appeared that she prioritized her own convenience over fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for shoppers. Rather than providing assistance during the fitting process, she seemed far more focused on maintaining the tidiness of the room at the expense of customer experience.
Her insistence on having customers hang up all items established an atmosphere in which it felt obligatory to satisfy her preferences, rather than concentrating on the shopping experience itself. This expectation was conveyed in a manner that bordered on disrespectful, implying that the organization of the fitting area held greater importance than aiding customers in their selections.
From my perspective, it is entirely inappropriate for a staff member to delegate their responsibilities to customers in such a manner, merely to ease their own workload. The role of a fitting room attendant should encompass assisting customers in navigating their selections and providing necessary support, rather than imposing the burden of cleanliness and order upon the very individuals they are meant to assist. This incident ultimately left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the standard of service rendered.

I try to do one more review but wont let me do two . So im going to say the other day i went in the morning spent about 400 and later that day i went back spent about a other 400 when i was leaving the guy standing buy the door was so rude he even wanted to look in my purse while i was pulling out my car keys . He literally leaned over to look inside i was like rude but okay theres nothing in there for you .Im a paying customer. I probably make in a week what you make in two . Today i went agine for a small item . He was rud and eating . Its not lunch time . Not only that why do you have a attitude.. the lady working with him was really nice . So im not sure whats his problem it Might be he missed his dinner it was 8:28 when i seen him trun around and eat . Not once but several times . Okay the place was so busy and the line all the way to the back of the store . But that's not the worst part.
I LITERALLY SEEN A MAN FILL A BAG UP AND WALK RIGHT OUT THE STORE AND THEY DIDNT EVEN SAY A WORD TO HIM EVEN THOUGH WE ALL KNEW HE HAD A BIG BAG OF STOLEN STUFF IN IT THEY JUST LET HIM WALK BY .
as for me I spent a few hundred dollars and as I'm leaving they rudely say let me see you recipe open you bags have to make sure your not stilling..
Don't get me wrong I understand we all have to do our jobs I get it but for u to let someone walk away with bags of merchandise not even say aword like if you where in on it .. but for paying customers you treat them like there thieves. Maybe I got this all wrong but this is backwards. And to top it all off they have attitudes. If you don't like you job or your unhappy get a job u can say it's worth it

I love shopping in these stores but in reality they go from bad to worse, it's a disaster, a dump where you can't even walk, the aisles full of discarded merchandise, I do understand that many times we are the customers who do that and do it. I'm saying because I'm a customer, although I'm one of those who pick up the things I find in my path and put them on the shelves, but what I'm saying is that they must have few employees and they can't keep up with them because they put one or two people maximum to charge and the There are huge lines that go around the entire store. On several occasions I have had to leave my things that I was going to buy because the wait is too long.

I hadn't gone into the store for a while. There were more carts throughout the store than in the entrance area. You can't walk without stepping on clothes, the carts get stuck on the hooks and I think every day they put more and more products in them. It is impossible to walk along the clothes lines. I hope there never is an emergency because it would be impossible to go out with so many cupboards and clothes lying on the floor.

The store is very stocked, the cashiers are friendly! Something annoying with the security system although I understand it is very necessary due to thefts! They stop you when you enter, they stop you when you leave, they check the payment receipt, the products! In short, a necessary evil!
