“I have used 4 storage unit companies in Las Vegas, and Extra Space is the most honest. They did not pull any of the upselling scams that many of the others do. And everything worked perfectly the way it should. Carts that you can borrow, safe, convenient autopay, quick notice to move out, everything good. Extra Space is the only storage unit company I can recommend, or at least this location!”
“John. Manager. He is the best. When I was in a tight bind to get a storage and on a fast notice , John made my move very easy. Storage units are very close to doors. So easy to move in. Paid four months in advance to save a lot of. Money.

“I was greeted very warmly even though I arrived 10 minutes till closing (had to rush there after work to make it in time). I was treated with fantastic customer service! They offered to stay late so I could finish clearing out my unit I had won in an auction. Didn’t take any time at all to clear it out but nonetheless it was very nice for them to provide that kind of level of customer service so close to the end of their working day. “They raised my rent by almost 50%. The only reason I’m giving them four stars is the property manager FABI is as professional and helpful as a lady can be. She always had a solution for me and I hate that I won’t be a customer than anymore however that level of rent increase is just too much. The only reason for a 4, instead of 5, star review is the near 50% rent increase.
But again, if you need the storage, it’s a clean and well maintained property with a fantastic manager. So if the price is acceptable to you you can expect excellent service from FABI”
