Made a reservation through Expedia and prepaid for the entire rental was told that it would be an all-wheel-drive car as requested. Came a day before I was going to take the rental to make sure everything was there, and they assured me that everything was ready for me. Came the day of went to the counter. They told me they did not have the car that they said was there yesterday and they told me that if I wanted a different car they would charge me anywhere from $40-$60 a day for an all-wheel-drive car then they told me they needed to see a copy of my utility bills plural as well as the $200 deposit in order to rent the car that they didn't have I rented many cars from many companies throughout the years and I've never been treated so horribly or disrespectfully and my life what is this utility bills crap you have credit card you have all the information I even went and made an account with them, thinking I would use them again Absolutely a horrible experience and I should've read the reviews and I would've known better and gone with another company but I thought that because it had the Expedia stamp of approval it would be good I would urge Expedia to cut ties with them and remove them from all of their sites immediately and all they need to do is see this review in the many others to understand why this is not a good company that no one should deal with now I'm working on trying to get my entire refund back since I prepaid for this entire mess

The wait time was unbearable, but in the end it was worth it. I booked a Nissan Sentra but drove out in a BMW Z4 for the same price. Sixt was the busiest counter in the rental mart and they had 2 counters. Payless was right beside the counter I went to and not one customer came to their counter while I was in line.

Sarah was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient during my check-in last week while visiting Las Vegas. She offered a complimentary upgrade due to my Platinum status which I appreciated so much! Brooke at the key booth offered a warm smile and friendly greeting as I approached the booth and then directed me to my car's parking spot. Thanks again Sarah and Brooke, I'll see you guys soon!

Never going back to Hertz. These guys sell a premium experience for only a little more than the budget options. The vehicle was brand new and suited my needs nicely. When i ran into an engine light (because it is a new vehicle of course - that can happen.) Their on duty roadside assistance answered quickly and took care of me. Premium service on the pickup and sweet rides. Will be coming back to these guys as my first choice in the future.

Customer service was great. Keti made the rental process painless. The car was great as well. It really made for a great experience for our first trip to Vegas.

I highly recommend Sixt. I rented a car from another company prior to my trip. Upon reading the reviews before leaving, I changed my reservation to Sixt and paid a little more. SOOOOO glad I did! We arrived late, 11:45pm, and waited at the airport for 45 mins to get the shuttle to the rental area. Once we arrived, we went straight to the Sixt counter and walked right to Myra. She was amazing. The exact car I had reserved was not available but she did not hesitate to upgrade me to a premium car for no extra fee. We were in and out of the rental center in 20 mins. There was a ton of people stranded there because the other rental companies were either not open or had over sold leaving those with reservations stranded without a car. I do not rent cars much but you can bet you have a customer in me from now on!

On September 1, 2023, my husband and I were very very delayed at LAS. There was a storm and nothing was flying out of Las Vegas. I decided we would rent a car to get back home. I made a reservation with Sixt. When we arrived at the rental counter, I realized my drivers license had expired. Obviously they couldn't rent me a car without a valid driver license, so they refunded my credit card $229.01 for the reservation i booked online. My husband used his credit card to rent the car and drive us home. The car was returned the next morning. The charge of $371.71 was deducted from his account. (Yes, it is a different amount because he added the refueling option and insurance). Fast forward to September 22,2023, Sixt ran the charge of $229.01 on my credit card. I did not notice the fraudulent charge until two weeks ago. I have talked to my bank but they said since the charge already went thru they have to investigate more. I have been in contact via email with their "customer service department". There is no actual customer service phone number that has a human being on the other end. It's all automated, which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to deal with this. How am I supposed to look up a reservation that never existed? I just received a response from them saying that they can only discuss with my husband because the reservation was in his name. EXACTLY- HE rented the car, HE paid the charge. You will not find a reservation under my name because there was not a reservation and i never rented a car from them. Bottom line- Sixt does shady business. DO NOT rent from them even if it is the only option.

Really had a great experience. They have a clean fleet of vehicles. Very nice quick check-in transaction at the SIXT rental counter. The guy at the counter was courteous & helpful. We were provided with an upgrade due to a slight Inconvenience. Will do business with them in the future.

1st time using Sixt. Found a great deal on a rental car in Vegas. Reservation was easy. I received a notice that on the day I would pick up the car I could do the mobile check in to skip the line. I’ve been trying the mobile check in for and hour and a half. Keeps reporting back they are working on the inventory and to go to the counter. So much for skipping the line. Now it’s 1:23 am and there is still a long line that is barely moving. There is no line at Hertz though. There is something to be said for sticking with a good thing.

Thank you to Ms. Julia from Sixt at the airport in Las Vegas! Ms. Julia really took care of us as disabled veterans and went above and beyond with a free upgrade that was an amazing experience. We literally took 5 minutes to pick up our rental and they did not nickel and dimes us for additional add-ons. The process was easy and we are very thankful for Ms. Julia. Sixt is our new car rental place as we continue to travel the states. Thank you for a seem-less process!

***RENTER BEWARE!!!*** SCAM!!!***Make sure you double check all around the vehicle for any scrapes, bumps, scratches, dents and windshield cracks (even tiny ones) and scan that Vehicle Inspection Report when you get your keys at that kiosk and document, document! I just received a damage report email saying that I put a windshield crack on a car I rented and I didn't notice it until I got in the car (actually my husband noticed it and started snapping the pics once we saw it) Obviously, they never noticed it maybe with the car rental before me, but now I'm getting blamed for it. I even wrote customer support during my rental to make sure it got documented. Be careful, the car rental facility is located underground and is very dark. They are supposed to tell you and point out this QR code sign and to fill out any damages you may have noticed before you leave the facility, however, he forgot to tell me (my first time renting here). He didn't even tell the guy in front of me (or I would've heard). To be honest, even if I did this, I wouldn't have noticed it because of it being dark. Windshield wasn't even that clean with water spots on it. The guy at the kiosk was very unprofessional and just rushing people through as we handed him the card from upstairs. Here's their process:1. Wait in line (my first time and it was about 10 people deep)2. Once you get to the counter they want to give you a free upgrade to a bigger car (went in for a GMC Acadia, ended up with a Denali). They hand you a card to review them, and that you use to show the guy downstairs in the kiosk. 3. I went downstairs and waited in line, there was a guy in front of me. I handed the guy my card, he pointed to my car and told me to scan the bar code (on my card) at the exit and it would let me out.I'm sure they want people that have insurance. Must be a new thing so they can fix their cars with our insurance but they don't know me. I've rented cars many times and the ONE TIME they don't have vehicles at Enterprise..,I gotta deal with these scammers? I will fight this as I'm not falling for this. If this has happened to anyone else, please comment. This would be good to know too.

The Keti was an amazing associate during my check-in rental experience yesterday. I explained that I was having trouble checking in on their mobile check in and she explained that because I was a platinum member she was upgrading me to a class higher than what I booked. She gave me a practically brand new 2024 BMW X5 (it even still had the new car smell). I couldn’t ask for a more friendly and helpful associate that knows how to make a member feel special. Thanks again, Keti!!
