The wait time was unbearable, but in the end it was worth it. I booked a Nissan Sentra but drove out in a BMW Z4 for the same price. Sixt was the busiest counter in the rental mart and they had 2 counters. Payless was right beside the counter I went to and not one customer came to their counter while I was in line.

Customer service was great. Keti made the rental process painless. The car was great as well. It really made for a great experience for our first trip to Vegas.
