Sterling Summerland is located conveniently to shopping, schools, restaurants,etc. Office staff is attentive and helpful. Maintenance staff are very knowledgeable. Apartments are spacious and floor plans very nice.

I love living here, it's a beautiful community and the workers are very responsive and so far we haven't had any issues. I only have one question, when will the swimming pool open because it's been closed since last month and with heat wave going on. Is there going to be any updates for them?

Just hope you never have an emergency maintenance problem!I've called emergency maintenance 4 times today. Had to bail out sink 4 times. On hour 6 with no word from maintenance or plumber!
