Loved shopping in this store. We visited from Pittsburgh Pa. My husbands shoes and my purse had to be shipped to us due to lack of space in our suitcases. Our order arrived within a week of our return. Excellent customer service!!!

The customer service in this store was the best i have ever had coming in to a Steve Madden store. When i tell you i will for ever come back a visit. I love the employees and how amazing they treated me and my sister in the store today. Thank you so much for such a great experience
