Superior Grocers is a large Hispanic grocery store that is a new go-to for many. Customers love the amazing and huge selection of everything needed, especially the fresh produce, meat counter, deli, and bakery. The store is clean, well-stocked, and noted for its fresh items. A major highlight is the hot food court, which includes a ramen bar, a sushi roll station, and a popular tamale cart, with the smell of cooked food described as amazing. However, experiences at checkout vary. While some cashiers provide great, kind, and welcoming customer service, others can make non-Spanish speakers feel uncomfortable, sometimes not speaking to the customer directly. Additionally, customers must bag their own groceries. Some find paper goods, cleaning supplies, and boxed foods a bit pricier than competitors. Opinions on specific hot food items, like tamales, can be mixed.
Cashier Vera was welcoming. This place is clean , well stocked ,and fresh items always up. So far the best grocery outlet in the area. Hot food court, sushi' rolls.
