“I love coming here. I do feel like some of the things are a bit overpriced...
Somethings are super cheaply made and many vendors were "too anxious" to make a sale that they come off pushy.
The food vendors were good, decent priced. We got some birria quesadillas and birria Ramen.
Tons of other random things.
Purchased some Huckleberry jam, which is one of the things my husband sought out first upon getting here. (This is not something common in California)
It's only $1 entrance fee for adults.
We will definitely be back.”
“This place is funky and has killer deals on things! It's truly a treasure trove. It's super small! There's a lot of thrifted stuff here: Knick knacks, clothes, shoes and a bunch of random stuff. It's just small and a lot of it JUNK. Love the cause for the paws...”
“It's cheaper than goodwill, the staff is very nice and understanding, it doesn't stink like savers thrift stores. I really value all their staff. It's hard times and they're pleasant and kind through our family visits! That makes it easier for me to shop!”

“I found a really great condition leather jacket for $30 and a faux leather button up for $5. They had a lot of things and you could choose whether you were shopping higher end thrifting or just average brands because of the organization.”

“Clean and well organized. Employees were extremely pleasant and helpful.
One star removed because several items I wanted were not priced and the stigma of asking for a price meant I left them behind. That's probably not a big deal for most people, so take it with a grain of salt.”
“the area is clean
staff members are very helpful to customers
electronics testing station available (i use it to charge my phone)
restrooms in the books section - needs a staff member to open
merchandise is organized nicely
no fitting rooms but you can return clothes if it doesn't fit”

“Ms. K Jordan took great care of me at the Nellis/Charleston Store.
Helped me at the Fitting, bathroom and general store questions. She is a caring person. Customer Service on point.
Sales Rep. Shatt name per receipt was very polite at the Register. Even though it was busy, she still took the time to communicate with me.
A male customer asked to use the Restroom and a black elderly teammate reply to the customer, "I don't know the code". I guess, she was too busy to find another teammate to get the restroom code.
The other teammates were helpful.
Keep-up the awesome work N Nellis Blvd. Store!”
“Good price stuff here. Found a Rudy DVD with Rudy Ruettiger signature on it. Good selection on low cost costumes. We are from Houston, Texas and just killing time before out flight beck home.”

“This is such a fun store, which recently has really stepped up its game.
So many wonderful finds. There are so many amazing bargains.
Many whimsical displays. But full of practical items at thrift store prices.
Highly recommended.”

“This location has a lot of really cool stuff, an awesome selection of furniture, too! I found it to also be really clean! The employees seemed to be happy and like they were having a good time, which I think is awesome. I love seeing people talking and joking around at work. I met Marco at the cash register and let me tell you he was such a sweetheart. We got talking because I’m new to the area and he was telling me about himself and his family from Baja. I have been so impressed with Henderson so far because so many people are just so friendly here, but Marco was definitely one of my favorite people I’ve met. He was kind, genuine, and his ambition to continue his education and keep working is so awesome. This location did it right with their staffing and it was such a pleasant experience. I live local and I’m so glad!! ?”
“This thrift store, compared to the other stores, is very much a diamond in the rough. You can find some deals here, as long as you go during a sale which happens quite often.”
“My favorite Goodwill in all the world and all the land. They always always had the best deals . The employees were always kind and very helpful . A plus in everything .
My best find ever is this gorgeous purse.love it and my Zoey too lol”
“This store is quite large, it has second-hand items at affordable prices, it offers a very wide variety of products in different categories: clothing, footwear, for men, women and children. You can also find items for the home, gardening, bicycles, rugs, kitchen, books, toys, stuffed animals, caterers and many other curiosities. As I understand it, they raise funds for charitable institutions, you can find out more on their page. They receive merchandise that people want to donate. The staff is quite friendly, in the year I lived near there I went to this place many times, there are almost no bilingual people, but you can use the translator in case you need help finding or knowing if they have any of your items in stock. interest. Mondays have a discount and if you register your number you accumulate points. You can get there by public transport and it is in a square where there is plenty of space available to park your car. They sell food nearby.”

“Absolutely amazing staff! Helped me out when I desperately needing some furniture even though I had lost the receipt at the time. They are good people and each of them are exemplary in their own right! Would definitely come again just to visit them again!”
“Mary Ann opens the store on Monday. She keeps everything orderly. When she opens up you know you need to follow direction. She is very friendly too. Makes it enjoyable to shop at this location. There is also another employee, cannot remember her name though. She cares for the jewelry counter. Very patient Lady. With These two ladies Together you have the ultimate team. Both are keys to this stores success.”

“This is one of the cleanest and organized Goodwills I've been to in Nevada so far. The lighting was bright so you were able to easily see all the items and if they're stained or damaged. This larger location (because they're not sharing the store space with other shopping mall stores) was more stocked and their selection was overwhelming. Customers were happy, humming along to the music until the Goodwill recorded announcements came on. My 90 year old mom & I came on Gold Members Wednesday, which means anyone over 55 gets an additional 20% off the entire store, making it 40%. She doesn't have much in savings, so this is a blessing, and she told me she was surprised she was able to stand & shop for 2 hours straight because it was so much fun & exciting. She didn't enjoy the Amazon Bins but loved this shopping experience. There was a pro & con that happens at all Goodwills i've seen. The con is the long lines over 2 dozen customers, and only 2 workers at the register. It didn't help that we had over 30 clothing items ourselves to be scanned, & the credit card machine was down for 5 minutes. (OMG, if looks could kill, those customers gave me nonstop looks) Ok, the PRO is the lady at the register. Her name is ALCENIA (or is it ALCENA) She was awesome the whole time processing my mom's order, smiling, being polite talking to my mom. My mom said she felt welcomed at this store & wants to come back soon. Customer Service is very rare now because not that Covid is over, people are grumpy they can't work from home anymore, but Alcenia was oozing the happiness aura, which is very addictive which makes customers feel at ease. Thanks to the Goodwill at Westwind Road in Las Vegas!”

I’d share my thoughts on the previous management but from my understanding, she’s no longer here! ?”

“Let me tell you that Goodwill has a lot of good choices if you are just moving in. Save money! and the proceeds goes back to the Veterans. I like this place mostly because I can get useful items for bargained prices especially when they have those 50% off sticker price! This particular store pretty much filled in I needed for my new home.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but after today’s visit to Goodwill, I had to give a huge shoutout to Miss Vicki at the front counter. She’s the kind of person who makes your day better just by being in it!
Miss Vicki is not only super helpful and quick on the register (seriously, I’ve never seen someone ring things up so fast and still chat with a smile), but she’s also hilarious. Within minutes, we were laughing like old friends. I was having a rough morning before I walked in, but by the time I left, I was smiling ear to ear.
A little story—when I brought up a quirky ceramic owl I found, she gave it a once-over and said, “Looks like someone’s nana tried a Pinterest craft and nailed it… or nailed it to the wall.” I couldn’t stop laughing! Then she wrapped it up like it was made of gold. That personal touch and her natural warmth made the whole experience feel special.
You can tell Miss Vicki cares about her work and the people who walk through the doors. Goodwill is lucky to have her—and honestly, so is the community. If you get the chance to go, look for her line. You won’t regret it.
Thanks, Miss Vicki—you’re a gem! ?”
“Definitely a treasure hunt. Read the reviews before coming in and got a ride share instead of taking 2 buses. Just looks like an odd place for me to catch a bus. I go in after 10 and people are in bins while a handful are standing in front of the store. I just went in for some heels which I didn't see in my size. There were some decent deals like Ugg boots but nothing I could wear. This lady told me the resellers rush to get stuff when they say go. I guess it's every half an hour they bring out new stuff and people rush to get it. I only stayed an hour and filled the bag that I bought. Some people wore gloves. Not sure if they supply them. I brought my own. Wound up filling up my bag since I paid to get there may as well not leave empty handed. People are filling up shopping carts. This guy in front of me had about 6 pairs of jeans and a handful of sweatshirts and came out to $36. I got 7 pieces which came out to $11.34. Listening to people, there seemed to be regulars and I could see why. I've been coming to Vegas for years and just learned about this place. I'll definitely be back. Quality wasn't bad if you dig. I stayed an hour and that was long enough.”
“I'm from San Francisco, so this was a 'happy place' for me while I lived in Vegas. Their finders have a deadly eye and do a great job snatching up all the coolest retro threads in town. Hipsters, retro kids, goths, punks, mods, metalheads - this is your place.”

“I like it. A little nuts in the home department and kids toys clutter but they got discount colored tags! I’m happy with 2 shirts I found. Workers seemed fine. Maybe they got new ppl in. It’s clean. Doesn’t stink.”
“Went here on recommendation from a friend. Was not disappointed! Customer service was amazing! Price of the dresser I bought was very reasonable! Plus no sales tax was an added bonus cuz they are a charity! I will definitely be back!”
“Cisco was an absolute delight to work with today, it was such a smooth/fast process to sell my Louis Vuitton suit case. I will definitely be returning to do business with Gold & Beyond!
100% recommend coming here for the finest luxury items!!”
