Cassandra is amazing. I came in the morning for a watch and it needed several links removed for my wrist size. Shortly after leaving the store, some pins fell out and the entire watch fell apart in seconds. I returned in the evening to get it repaired and Cassandra helped me. Not only did she take her time resolving the issue, but she was kind, graceful, and genuine. Earlier in the day, I had an associate who said she worked there 20+ years and not only was her energy not the best, but she was very passive and rude, and rushed the process of removing the links of my watch with led to it falling apart. I’m glad I had Cassandra’s help when I returned, it was an entirely different experience the 2nd time around. Thank you for your kindness and lovely aura and customer service skills, Cassandra!

I bought 2 pair of shoes, I even tried them on! And when I paid, they gave me both pairs with a different number. I am so disappointed, I live very far and now I have 2 brand new pair of shoes that doesn’t fit me. It is unbelievable how a brand like this can care less for their customers

I would recommend purchasing from the Caesars location. At this location, they make you wait 10 mins unnecessarily to create some forced appeal for the store. The Ferragamo here doesn’t even do this. I would’ve left but I really wanted to see the bags for my mom. Also the staff were standing around inside (free) speaking of other customers when we came in. Their service and attitude sucks, which is a reflection of their poor management.

I purchased a small bag (as a gift) on the main site toryburch.com and it was fulfilled by the Palazzo shop. There was an issue with FedEx pickup (the purse was picked up but never shipped). Nick, an associate from this location, worked to source the bag from another shop for fulfillment and followed up with me via phone and text for tracking. He was incredibly helpful and made sure my delayed bag made it in the end date I needed it. Even if it was delayed 2 weeks. Thank you Nick!

Unfortunately my daughter came home crying today because of the unacceptable service she received from the Tory Burch sales team. They were standoffish, unwelcoming, and rude. This is not the behavior of a supposed “luxury” brand.

Absolutely horrible service. For starters, the staff has the most disgusting attitude I’ve ever come across. This is especially true from upper management where they made me feel like filth for walking in the store. It’s repulsive that even the manager, Sia, refused to help me and ignore my questions. It’s very clear that management believes they are above customers because they work for Tory Burch. Also, the store was extremely unkept. In my eyes, the sales associates lack the motivation to even do simple tasks such as clean the store, help customers, and just do their job in general.

Came in to look for a bag a couple weeks ago, staying in Vegas for a vacation walked in and immediately got attitude from an associate named SIA looked at me up and down and made me feel like I didn’t belong. I asked her a question about a bag and was very short with me. Overall very bad experience…don’t come here!! Beware of this location if I could give it a 0 I would.

Horrible store, zero sense of customer, service or basic manners. I walked in here, and nobody greeted. I shop at Tory Burch and I've been to many locations this one is by far the worst one. What really stuck out to me was at the end of this terrible experience, I went to the unclassy manager with mud brown hair and I told her that nobody greeted us or helped us and all she said is I'm sorry she did nothing about it and she didn't care. I asked her if she would do some thing to fix the problem, but she said no. She should definitely be fired 100%. Never coming back. It makes me shocked how horrible a human being can be, and this hag lady makes Tory Burch look low class and horrible... I hope the corporate sees this. This is America and not a third world country.

Absolutely horrible staff. Extremely rude on entry, unwilling to answer simple questions about the total price with tax. Proceeded to make fun of my wife's English and refuse to understand anything, even from native English speakers.0/5 is what they need, here.

Yeiciel Gaytan at the Pallazzo store is a phenomenal associate! I took my momma there to look at the bags and we were immediately greeted with her friendly smile and extensive knowledge about each bag. I had ZERO intention of buying a handbag, but I just couldn’t help it; she sold me on the perfect crossbody for me. I love handbags and frequent quite a few high end stores and have NEVER received such great service as I did at TB. Thanks Yeiciel! Momma and I LOVE our bags. We’ll be back next time we come to Vegas.
